Marvellous breakfast for all tastes with churros and several juices and unbeatable views. Tapas restaurant on the premises, well-designed room with panoramic view and a double bed plus terrace.

Stylish place, it was clean and had incredibly welcoming staff from front desk to restaurant and service. I think it was great value. The roof top bar was great and the drinks were carbonated.

Well, it was a fairly nice stay during winter time. The guest room was compact and airy with a view.

The room was functional, nicely furnished with the terrace as well as views of Callao and great value. The location was magnificent and amazing for me as it was near to the Callao subway stop, central Madrid in Gran Via and the Grand Via.

It was a real good stay for travellers seeking a quiet time. The room was well furnished and brand-new, and the bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it. The particularly helpful and attentive staff members provided a few recommendations.

Everything was perfect, including flexible staff from front desk to restaurant and service. The room was well-appointed and I loved the stay during winter time. The facilities, such as air conditioning and a safe box, were all that was needed. The location very very close to the metro station was magnificent and stunning. This hotel was great value.

They gave me fashionable and new-fashioned room with all the water, views of Callao or Gran Via, for instance. The location was excellent and incredible, close to a prominent opera house.

The decor of the airy room was very modern and it was soundproof too. The staff was accommodating and gentle and provided friendly services. The location was unbeatable and stunning, at a moderate distance from Chueca.

The location is marvellous and stunning, within walking distance of Main Square. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with a double bed and all the water plus excellent view and care about everyone.

Unbeatable brand-new hotel location just next door to Madrid, the city center and to restaurants to shopping center El Corte Ingles. Easy walk to Fernando I. Compact and impressive rooms & amazing bathrooms. Comfortable bed for sleeping.

Absolutely rude staff!

The breakfasts were assorted and satisfactory. The twin room was elegant, exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The service was good during my stay. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost🙂

It has marvellous location for visiting a large urban plaza. The twin room is elegant, we also enjoyed great views.

all in all, i spend my time nicely. topolino, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel.

Excellent location and public parking. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. The restaurant was located within 800 feet.

One of the dining options, Chocolateria San Gines was 5 mins walk away. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. In love with vincci capitol. Nice base for a city break in Madrid.
