We both loved it, the place is comfy and bright and suited fine. The bedroom was spotless and brand-new. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient, we had an easy check-in.

The hotel had a very central location to almost everything in the City. We had a large bedroom.

The views were not very good.

The location was marvellous, near a gallery and a Royal palace. All of the staff was very kind and exceptional.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. The staff was all helpful. Dinner and breakfast food was appetising. The hotel had an excellent and unbeatable position, in city centre. Our stay there was absolutely amazing.

I booked a premium double room with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were incredibly large. This accommodation was in the very central location smack in the middle of downtown. The staff were fairly friendly lot of the time.

Everything was well-maintained, even so we stayed for 4 nights only. The room was big size and bright with round bed, with essentials required.

The staff were very, very nice and really kind lot of time. Booked guest room, that was provided with safe etc, big comfy bed, for example.

Spotless and well-equipped unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. Good location, comfortable bed, luxury bathroom. Location just next door to many restaurants and cafes, bars, supermarket, touristic attractions and surrounding areas.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very kind and polite. The food was appetising with variety of choice! The room was extremely spacious, the location was incredible very central. I had a fantastic stay.

There where tastefully decorated rooms with with exterior windows.

Comforts of superior double room were fabulous - an air conditioning, a kettle, and an individual safe. Liked view of city. The location was GOOD, close to a scenic plaza. Pubs and restaurants were located close to the hotel.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in easy walking distance to most of the major sightseeing areas.

Got king room with modern facilities, an electric kettle, as example as expected. The staff were all very nice and really kind. Very central location of this perfect central hotel was a bonus.

The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a huge plaza. The airport was 25 km away. The rooms were well-equipped with open window and an electric kettle: )

Quiet and incredibly beautiful accommodation with incredible setting right by the center of Madrid, wonderful restaurants, pretty Plaza Ana and Plaza del Angel, Old Madrid for tapas hopping, the Puerta del Sol for transportation, shopping, all, and great bars and restaurants. Welcoming staff at all times.

Beds were rock hard.

Very central location, comfortable base for discovering Madrid. Nearby a tube station. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the double room.

They gave me guest room with instant coffee and AC plus a good shower.

It's a perfect and bright place for a short break. It is in marvellous and unbeatable location to a world famous modern art museum, set near the hotel. You can relax in bars and restaurants nearby.

The location was amazing and brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from a vast pedestrianized public square. Had immaculate single room with safe etc, all the amenities, as for instance. The staff was courteous, everything was great.

I had good 2-night stay here! Liked the place, especially my superior queen room. Really enjoyed a bidet in my private bathroom. The location was enjoyable, within easy walking distance of a sprawling museum. Set close to restaurants and bars, it was a plus.
