We have stayed here for 5 nights and had a good experience. The staffs were accommodating & superbly friendly. The location was unbeatable, relatively close to a huge plaza. It also was in the city center.

It was based in really good building in an amazing and magnificent location, to the Royal palace. Moreover, it was just off the Plaza Mayor, the town centre and surrounds, and major attractions.

all staff were kind, the room was air-conditioned. being so close to fan hua was nice, we had dinner there. the flexible check-in process too.

Amazing staff and location - public parking is provided. Enjoyed being not very far from puerta de toledo metro station. Had a PLEASANT time.
