All the personnel was very amiable and amicable. The hotel was in a super central setting in the busiest area. Moreover, it's right by the Plaza Mayor as well as the center of Madrid.

Super central location right in the center near to all the historical monuments. Great-sized and silent rooms with WiFi connection as well as shower.

Rather small room.

My stay was pleasant in winter. I booked good sized single room here with WiFi connection, the window which was opening to the the bathroom even smaller and shower. The hotel's position was best possible walking distance to restaurants and bars. Centro district was worth staying in.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Planned to see Madrid major attractions and it was chilled-out base for visiting all of them. The location was absolutely perfect, really close to the main points, and bars and restaurants. There was Mercado de la Reina, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Had EXCELLENT stay in winter. The staff were understanding and amiable lot of the time. The room was silent and cheap and equipped with shower, the window which was opening to the the bathroom even smaller, as for instance. The location was particularly good and fantastic, close to the Puerto del Sol, Segovia or Toledo and the city Center. I appreciated to be in this place.

This place was fabulous and the staff was nice and understanding. The room itself was clean and with shower and private bathroom plus laptop. Location: the hotel was near to Puerta de Sol square as well as Madrid in a good location.

The personnel were understanding and amiable and made us feel welcome. We loved our room - silent with private bathroom. Its location not very far from a vast pedestrianized public square was unbeatable. This hotel was in a downtown area. Was an amazing base for trip.

The hotel was situated in the super central location in the heart of city. Cafe La Mallorquina located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Greatly enjoyed staying at the twin room with laptop and private bathroom plus bath products. The staff was good, kind with every request. The location of the hotel was great - at a moderate distance from a large urban plaza.

Quiet little place & incredibly comfortable room that was warm. The location was magnificent - ease of access to Main Square. Booked a room like in the pictures.

kind staff onsite. super central location, not too far away from a catholic church. plenty of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars right next to the hotel.

I booked silent, good sized room with the window which was opening to the the bathroom even smaller and laptop. The staff was ready to assist, lovely people. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a huge plaza.

The location was excellent and particularly good, not too far away from a vast pedestrianized public square. My room included central heating and multi-channel television.

The venue's position was very central. After long day I visited Casa Labra for a couple of drinks. Inner courtyard view was worthy👍😀

I have stayed in twin room with the window which was opening to the the bathroom even smaller, bath products, as for instance for 2 nights. It had very central location close to Lidl.

The location was best possible, next to a subway station, if you need it...

Rather small room, I was a little disappointed.

The location was peaceful, within walking distance of a ridge-top palace. Distance to the airport was just 30 km. We took a single room and it had central heating and a TV. The bathroom had a bath, which was great.

We appreciated hotel's location and stuff. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...

No complaints.

we had 5 nights in madrid, spent our time here nicely. hotel is perfectly located within short walking distance to the city center.
