The hotel was little, but I stayed for 5 nights only. It was in a magnificent and stunning location minutes from Bessborough Gardens.

The location was excellent, about 5-minute walk into town. The room with bathroom.

The food was great, drinks were cold.

Booked a room with a balcony. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was great!

Our room was good-sized and had an air conditioner, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV. We greatly enjoyed the food, it was good. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to Madrid-Museo del Jamon, Plaza del Sol which is the center of Madrid and great restaurants and the metro. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were annoying.

The rooms are clean and functional with about the same quality, a bedroom plus toiletries and the staff are lovely.

I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. Had decent stay for 1-2 nights, the staff were lovely, location was fantastic close to all the galleries. Got clean and functional guest room with shower when arrived, enjoyed that.

We were given clean and individual room with a balcony and private bathroom.

We stayed in an air conditioned room with large wardrobe, bathroom, for example.

My favourite property in Madrid. Magnificent and fantastic location a short walk from an iconic street. A lot of food options at a moderate distance from the venue. Fantastic restaurant and Irish bar on-site.

Had good sized room for an absolutely amazing stay for 1-2 nights. Location right by the very city center, a Underground station, and good bars and restaurants:)))

The food was fab with a huge variety of options.

All in all, it was reasonable base for travelling to Madrid. The rooms were spotless, especially those with a bedroom which was great and shower.

We stayed in an air-conditioned and tidy room, and truly enjoyed it.

Incredible location in the center, lovely staff, everything was good. Got clean and functional guest room with a balcony as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was not far from all the main attractions and eating places...

everything was perfect, had a such wonderful stay for 1-2 nights. the hotel provided affordable prices. i had queen room that also was complete with a bedroom, a balcony and bath. the location was excellent and fantastic for walking around a large urban plaza. the area was great not far from sol train/metro station, plaza del sol which is the center of madrid and the centre of madrid, near puerta del sol.

Their staff were annoying.

I had spacious, individual room complete with a bedroom, bedside table, for instance. The location was nice and impeccable for me as it was short walk to nightlife, the centre of Madrid, near Puerta del Sol, and Madrid-Museo del Jamon.

Well, no breakfast.

We loved this place. Besides, it has free Wi Fi throughout the property...

In general, the hotel was very clean. Moreover, we had no problems with WiFi. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Lhardy that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The street itself was noisy.
