Good, attractive units provided with the bedroom, the bathroom, very comfortable bed. Good, courteous staff towards all guests.

Great accommodation with excellent setting right by the metro station. Very-very nice staff throughout.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was great. The location was great and incredible, and we could reach Calle Mayor by walking. It was also right by the city center and metro rail and the main shopping street.

We had the guest room with a comfy bed. Having a hair dryer and fresh towels was a bonus.

The hotel has polite staff. It includes central heating, multi-channel television and a study table...

Views are unpleasant.

The staff is VERY NICE, courteous. It has a great and fantastic location so close to the SOL metro station. Distance to the restaurant takes 300 metres.

I stayed here 3 nights and appreciated it. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - not too far from Cinema Monumental. It made my trip to Madrid a really great experience: )

the king room was attractive with very comfortable bed. a private safe, a mini bar and central heating were a huge plus. location: the hotel was near restaurants, and the center of the city. bar museo del jamon was located 5 minutes walk away.

Units than in the bedroom. Location close enough to the Palace and Cathedral, the center of Madrid and all main landmarks. Also, in the heart of Madrid.
