This place was gorgeous in general with an excellent and helpful staff team. Magnificent, perfect location in Madrid, not far from airport and Atocha station, the centre, the main train station and the main park of the city and central area of Madrid. Also, close to all museums.

Our stay here was excellent, unique base for exploring Madrid. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great and magnificent position really close to all major sites, central area and Museo del Prado. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Centro district.

The staff was very amiable, the accommodation was lovely and immaculately clean. I found the hotel's location magnificent and perfect, not far from the plaza mayor and Mercado San Miguel and Madrid with hubbies in tow. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Estanque de la Noria.

Everything was fabulous, including really helpful staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room was nicely decorated, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Bed was very clean. The accommodation had a central location to major tourist spots. Further, it was near the 3 main art galleries, the Atocha railway station and many bars and restaurants, museums and Atocha station, and the bus station going to Segovia. This hotel exceeded high expectations!

The unit we got was silent with beautiful furnishings and air con. Had comfortable decoration. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Prado National Museum.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a crowded area, right by airport and Atocha station, the metro, the Atocha train station, and the big 3 museums and Madrid. Climate control, a personal safe and an electronic key card inside the twin room were handy. It had street views.
