It was an excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid. The room was brand-new and large when upgraded with comfy beds, hairdryer, for example. The location was the best and top so close to everything.

The room was compact and new-fashioned, complete with a comfortable big bed, a refrigerator and hairdryer. All of the staff were accommodating, amicable. The location was stunning - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was good - near a side alley of the Gran Via shopping street, central area and museums, and the center of Madrid. Family suite with clean shower, a comfortable big bed, for example accommodated us perfectly. The vibe here was family!

The stay was absolutely very enjoyable. The hotel had a central location near by restaurants. The place was few metres away from Hakuna Matata, where you can have dinner. My bed was very clean and the room was brand-new. There was a brand new.

The location was magnificent, you can visit Preciados Street by walking. Moreover, it's so close to all the main central tourist spots as well as central area. The breakfast had a lot of food, like coffee, toast, cereals and cakes.
