Was a right place for trip. Came here for 2 nights with my family, everything was absolutely great. Some of the staff members were superfriendly and helpful. The location right at city centre was marvellous and particularly good. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Gran Via tube station.

The location is absolutely fabulous and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from an iconic street. The room is exceptionally clean and the staff are VERY SUPPORTIVE.

Great 2-star experience. Truly enjoyed that the room had an air conditioning, a private safe and a work desk. Yakitoro, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel.

will definitely visit place next time for the location, it was great. the junior suite overlooked the street. just a 10-minute stroll to the centre.
