Brand-new, big size units provided with toilet included, a bathroom and shower. The location was incredible - walking distance to restaurants and bars. Set walking distance to a palace and a Royal palace.

The room was new-fashioned, and perfectly clean, with a dining area, a seating area, and a study table I needed. The bed was comfy, a walk-in shower worked well. The location was marvellous and amazing, relatively near a famed street. This was my second really really nice stay here and I would definitely book here again.

The staff was willing to help, such welcoming and incredible people. I booked bright guest room here with AC, shower plus TV.

The location was stunning - short walk to the centre of Madrid, the main attractions, and the center very near to the metro. The rooms were reasonably large and fairly quiet, especially those with bath, a double bed, for instance. The staff was willing to help this whole time.

It boasts great, awesome location close to Plaza del Sol as well as the main museums.

Really enjoyed our reasonably large and new-fashioned rooms, plus the staff was very attentive. The breakfast had lots of options and included coffee, tea, milk, toast, and muffins. The hotel had a very central setting in the heart of the city center. And it was also not far from the metro.

It was an economical hotel that covered all our needs. The staff was willing to help and they were super friendly and incredibly nice during our stay.

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun. The staff members were pleasant and affable. Had very central location to shopping centre.

Overall the staff is welcoming and incredible. The rooms are fairly quiet and extremely spacious and the bathrooms are spacious. There is variety of excellent food for breakfast.

We had bright, comfy room with A/C, bath, for instance. Great very central location so close to the attractions in Madrid, main streets, and shopping centre. The staff was willing to help, everyone was lovely and absolutely amazing.

Facilities were great, but internet connection was terrible.

Greatly enjoyed our room that was kept as clean as possible and available with a bathroom, A/C and a double bed. It was nice to find a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was very central, very close to the metro.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Amicable staff and attention to detail. Amazing and fantastic location for our visit to a vast pedestrianized public square around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great and stunning location to attractions like a grand boulevard, that was really close to the hotel. It was a good area, a lovely base for me.

The venue was set in the very central position just off la Gran Via, and main shopping street. Centro district was worth exploring.

Amicable stuff, everything was nice. I took a dormitory room with a shower, a bathroom, a double bed. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge where an advantage. There was a good restaurant, shops and retail shops next door. You could leave a car nearby. The whole experience was really really nice;))

I had really really nice days staying at this economical hotel. There were cereals, cheese, toast and muffins for breakfast. The staff was willing to help with information about restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, I was able to park the car nearby. The location was best possible, within walking distance of a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace.

The staff greeted us with a smile and was willing to help. Its location not too far from a history museum was unbeatable and awesome.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and best possible - relatively near Main Square. The staff was willing to help, arranged a few things for us. We appreciated rooms with tv.
