Overall it was spacious well appointed and great value for money, with a private bathroom.

Good value and truly exceptional place, great for trip. Lots of local food. Very good service throughout our stay. Easy parking onsite.

The hotel's location was marvellous, in a quiet area away from the noise yet so close to the centre with nice stores and local supermarkets within walking distance. We got a standard double room which was updated.

Thoroughly enjoyed my pleasant stay on a business trip. The staff were very attentive and efficient and the location was easy to the centre in about 50 minutes. Further, it was so close to sightseeing, the various train connections on the railway map and the best shops are.

It's functional with comfy beds and lovely views.

Nice styled rooms in a magnificent location, right by metro stop and restaurants, the Avenida de America train station and excellent local restaurant. Also, to the city's sites.

The location was wonderful and incredible, at a short distance from Barrio de Salamanca. Savoury and tasty breakfasts with meat and cheeses and pastries, the facilities were very good. In general the staff were superbly friendly and amicable.

Our room was not only airy, but also new-fashioned with useful kitchenette, super comfortable bed, for example. We greatly enjoyed being near a subway station.

Impeccably clean and exceptional place, has particularly nice views over the beautiful garden which was a definite bonus in a city hotel. The staff is very amiable and the breakfast is savoury and very good. Very good service and the food is local.

I've booked premium double room with kitchenette and everything was very good. The setting was easy, near buses going out of Madrid, and close to the Palace.

Nice staff and the location was great. The property was set in a crowded area. The hotel rooms were airy and silent with large beds, bathtub, as example.

The hotel had a central setting to run over to the dressing area. What's more, it was just next door to the main bus station for buses going out of Madrid as well as the Cathedral.

The hotel offers a wide range of food that was freshly made. This is a great location in Madrid. It's in a modern building in the trendy area👌

Well, it was a really nice stay on a business trip. The staff where superfriendly and extremely friendly and helpful with requests. The location was unbeatable, at a short distance from Barrio de Salamanca.

Overall it was a pleasant stay on a business trip. Responsible stuff was available all the time. The premium double room was fashionable with comfy beds. The rate was £ 104. The location of the hotel was perfectly comfortable, near the bus terminal. Loved our stay in this place.

Fairly clean place with amiable staff and particularly nice view to the gardens. Central location and close to a subway station. Lots of food options not too far away from the venue. Nice design, excellent service in the entire hotel. The check out is late.

The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. It was in an amazing and handy location with Edificio Metropolis nearby.

Everything there were nice, including sufficient facilities. The hotels' team was cooperative. The location was easy, not too far away from Nuevo Teatro Alcala. And it was also close enough to a metro station, and the airport.

Plenty of local food at breakfast time. Easy check-in, parking on-site...

Poor staff!

Central location, within easy walking distance of Hand.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. Our wife loved the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable and we slept like in a cloud.

We loved our 2-nights stay. The location and service was what makes that place nice! The window of our classic double room was facing a street. If you like the residential area, then it would be a handy base for you. Again, the hotel is located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from barrio salamanca.

A good sized room. There was Garum, max 5 mins walk to, really enjoyed their meals.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like juanyta me mata that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Hotel was situated really close to tourist destinations like the prado museum. No complains at all with the property. We appreciated vp el madrono...
