The hotel had a quiet and practical position, close to public transport. Moreover, it was next to Atocha Train Station, and the centre.

Thanks to the lively staff everything was very good, including variety of fab food. Magnificent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. The hotel was set in a mostly residential area.

Generally, loved this well-maintained accommodation with customer-oriented staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in the central setting in walk from the metro station. Spent our evenings in nearby The Marquis of Westminster, especially when it was cold outside.

A lot of options for breakfast in the bar. Comfortable quiet position in the very nice area, not far from Atocha Renfe train station which is near the Prado Museum, the American tower where most bus tours arrive, and the park and nearby restaurants.

Nothing too much trouble, I greatly enjoyed this hotel and 100% recommend. Exceptionally clean and the staff was professional. The restaurant was convenient for evening meals, I tried nice dishes. There were air conditioning, an in-room tablet, and a safe, which was great.

The breakfast was savoury and all the personnel were reasonably good and responsible. The setting was absolutely perfect, just off which was a lovely area to walk around, Paseo Del Prado, Parque del Retiro, Grand Via and Alcala, and parks, restaurants, sights, pretty much anything. Moreover, it was 3 km from Prado National Museum.

This place was ideal for what we needed, would recommend. Loved this top quality accommodation with extremely responsive and responsive staff at the reception desk. The food was delightful and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

The rooms here are well-appointed with a lovely bathroom. The location is residential. The place to have lunch not very far from the hotel is Pazo Coruna.

Appreciated my stay, had a great experience. Ideal hotel, fairly clean, good staff and the beds were lovely. I was here for 5 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for evening meals. The location was great and pleasant, very close to the metro, and the view was particularly good, too. You can find Mediterrae just next door to the venue to a have lunch.

The location it offers is magnificent, so close to the Retiro park and metro stop, the city centre as well as the airport and easy to get around by metro.

The hotel was in a decent location close to the airport, the Gran Via and Madrid for what we wanted it for. Dined at Pazo Coruna, it was not very far from the venue.

this brand-new hotel is equal to 4 stars. i enjoyed welcoming and accommodating personnel that ensures guests have a great stay. la tierruca del retiro, where you can eat, is not too far away from from here.

Overall it was a NICE stay on holidays. The bed here was extremely comfy. The folks working here were accommodating. Very central location of this budget hotel was a bonus. Plus I reached Monumento a Cuba in 15 minutes by foot.

20 minutes by car from the airport. Good home base for a city trip in Madrid! China City was 15 mins walk away...
