We had an upstairs bedroom.

Small luxury and clean place to stay in, it has outstandingly friendly and gentle staff at the reception desk. The hotel offers delicious and warm breakfast with an assortment of breads and fresh coffee.

My stay here was pleasant. Air-conditioned great-sized room, a writing desk, a lounge, and a safe box were appreciated.

Very comfortable building and rooms with beautiful marble and wood finishes.

The place was top rated and superior and the staff were gentle, the location was excellent ready to take me to the airport. The bathroom in my twin/double room was spacious. The breakfast was well prepared and delicious at a reduced rate, and the pool was nice. The service here was first-rate.

The view was splendid, the service was exceptional.

Early check-in, big room with very nice spanish terace, a beautiful view plus enclosed toilet with bidet. Marvellous location not far from sightseeing locations such as bars, restaurants, parks and historic buildings and all the interesting plazas, could not be better. Again, walking distance to Manchester Jewish Museum.

Well prepared and free breakfasts at a reduced rate, liked it. The location offered was good so close to transport links, many restaurants serving a great variety of food, and many eateries. Plus, Prado National Museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. First-rate service, they solved all questions when I asked them to. All the facilities were very nice.

The location was incredible - near restaurants and bars. I visited Anauco, plus it was located nearby. The breakfast was well prepared and nice hot, the staff was reasonably good.

The room was nicely furnished and functional, had a lounge, a mini-bar, and a chair. The beds and pillow were spacious.

The location was very central, near the Plaza Santa Ana the Paseo del Prado, Old Center close to El Museo del Prado, and The Buses. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast: slices of fresh bread, granola, and pastries were all appetising. The vibe here was contemporary.

Every visit to Madrid we like to stay here. They provide many type of service - great bar, good wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. Use the parking onsite. The setting is stunning and exceptional, next to museums and many restaurants serving a great variety of food, the Cathedral and Madrid-unbeatable.

I had a very good stay in a long time. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was fairly clean. The well-equipped and well-appointed room had all the necessary facilities, a writing table, a lounge area, and a safe box.

I had the twin/double room which was well-equipped and well-appointed with lovely view. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The shuttle to the airport was also a good thing. The hotel was in the central setting within walking distance of most attractions.

Very very good stay, we were there for 1 day. The location was excellent, relatively close to an urban park. The hotel itself was in a very very nice area, next to other Museums, lovely restaurants at all prices and Madrid for all the lovers of Arts. The food they offered was outstanding, had a lot of meals.

Private parking in the hotel provided. A lot of well prepared and nice hot breakfast items to choose from. Very nice area, central location not far from the Prado art museum, many tourist attractions, and Gardens and Shopping.

Courteous and very-very nice staff at the reception desk, and the ambience is contemporary. The breakfast is delicious with options of fruit and delicious local products, for example, there’s an option for each taste.

Clean and spacious venue with fabulous views. Nice design and big and luxurious room. Had modern art. What a marvellous and brilliant location close to museums! Also - just off many restaurants, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via, and tourist places, museums, and lots of restaurants.

The staff were amicable, excellent, did all they can for a good stay. It was nicely furnished, functional and with terrace. Well prepared and delicious breakfast at a reduced rate was available. I came here with my three kids. Big and luxurious rooms with lovely views as well as a seating area on a lower level, felt like home.

The location was good for walking around Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Our room was good sized and air-conditioned with huge double sofa and the staff were amiable.

High-class hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had outstanding food and excellent location in an old palace right in front of the Spanish Parliament. The staffs were extremely helpful and caring and the service was exceptional. The room was well-equipped with very nice spanish terace and a view of the Plaza del las Cortes plus the bathroom and safety measures included safe.

The room was stylish with an exceptionally comfortable bed, but the views were awful. The venue's position was very central. Pleasant restaurant provided local dishes.

This hotel is bright, has 1st class employees at the reception desk. I have just spent 1 day in superior room with a terrace, a beautiful view and the bathroom, and liked it. The decor was nice: )

Had spotless and stylish room complete with a beautiful balcony and private terrace plus earplugs. It had very central location close to a sea-themed fountain. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Central location was a plus. There was a really nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was clean, spotless and huge room. We loved having a bathtub.
