Pleasant and exceptionally comfortable venue, optimal location short walk to the Palacio Real or the Prado, and Spain, liked our stay. The room with lovely bathroom. It had excellent food!

Double room is gorgeous, has a particularly well equipped bathroom. Every staff member is exceptionally nice and strives to meet your needs.

Had great location near to many restaurants & shopping places. I was met by very polite and pleasant staff at the lobby.

We had the most wonderful few days there. Absolutely fabulous venue, fantastic location really close to many restaurants & shopping around as well as the museums and the Royal Palace, enjoyed our stay. Overall it was compact, with a private bathroom.

The venue was incredibly beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing not far from all the landmarks, attractions like Puerto del Sol square, shops, cafes & bars, Gran Via metro station, and other popular spots, and downtown Madrid for a great place to stay. The stuff was welcoming, pleasant, nothing to complain about. Having different hot drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch.

Got exceptionally clean and beautifully designed room with a private balcony and other beverages plus clean towels - always come in handy. A tub and cosmetics were very handy.

The venue is clean, the staff is amazingly nice and pleasant. The units are compact, spotless. The roof top bar makes the warm drinks.

It was a fairly nice time staying at this stunningly beautiful and pleasant hotel. Our room was immaculately clean and budget and 2 single beds put together which caused falling in the middle as the beds kept pulling apart.

Beautiful place! Location - marvellous and incredible just next door to Retiro, museums, universities, the shopping center and the resturants and cafeterias and the museums and the Royal Palace. Besides, excellent for visiting an innovative gallery. Excellent and good meals.

Clean venue and pleasant and accommodating employees. Well-designed rooms with an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV. A wide array of options, excellent food.

I had brilliant food for breakfast with tasty pan-fried eggs in olive oil. The hotel's location was stunning, adjacent to the centre of Madrid, excellent bars, restaurants, and attractions like Puerto del Sol square. Centro district was worth visiting.

The classic room was compact, everything was good. The location was marvellous and lovely, you can visit a grand boulevard by walking. The staff were very polite.

The hotel staff was really slow.

It boasts incredible, stunning location just next door to sights in Madrid, royal palace, and the metro and staff service.

Absolutely nothing.

The setting was quite particularly good and amazing within easy reach of a vast pedestrianized public square.

My stay was good of night or day. The hotel was set in a super central area just next door to Puerto del Sol square, shops, cafes & bars, Gran Via metro station, and other popular spots, Puerta del Sol and the city centre, bars, restaurants and shops. Got beautifully designed and large classic triple room with lovely bathroom when arrived, liked that.

Good and brilliant food.

The unit we got was spotless with the bedroom as well as other beverages. The staff was cooperative at all levels. This accommodation was in the very central location in central Madrid.

Everything was perfect, attentive staff, best possible location adjacent to the popular sites, subway, and a restaurant. They had an early check-in. It was surely an excellent stay for two nights in two different hotels on Gran Via as bookends for my trip.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other boutique hotels. The staff was competent, attentive with every request. The location was best possible, not very far from Plaza de Cibeles. The property was set in a pretty quiet area.

Its location within walking distance of Caixaforum Madrid was magnificent.

Wake-up service, available in my classic triple room, was a nice bonus. The location was marvellous and top, at a walking distance from a large urban plaza. Moreover, it was close to all the landmarks, Madrid, and all the major sites...

The stay at this pleasant and comfy hotel was an excellant one. Our double room was immaculate and light, had city view. Loved their free wifi. We where in an incredible location within walking distance of a huge plaza.

Truly enjoyed how great the property was. Located in a safe area. There's pizzeria vesuvio -hortaleza serving quick orders very close to the hotel. Comforts of single room were fabulous - a minibar, a heating system and TV: )

Booked basic double room with heating, a private safe and a writing desk. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. They serve breakfast for EUR 10 per person per day...

The hotel was in a perfect location. One of our favorite spots plaza mayor was right by this place.
