Had very pleasant stay on vacation. We booked a triple room with a fairly clean bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy and the food was yummy.

The venue is spacious and spotlessly clean with a good value and brilliantly friendly staff. The room is good sized and well laid out with previous stays-bed, a huge balcony and a bathroom.

The location was excellent and perfect and just what we had hoped for, it was near a subway station. Booked guest room, that included a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini bar. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff and the stay was really good on vacation.

Well-appointed and modern room, knowledgeable staff, private parking. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television were nice.

The weather was wonderful, had wonderful stay on vacation. The location in a downtown area was marvellous and beautiful and there were a market and different stores nearby. Centro district was worth staying in.

This was an excellent modern and original hotel with a very central location close to a wonderful market.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Impeccably clean place and efficient service. The city view and well-appointed and brand-new room. Hot selection for breakfast.

Very very bad staff!

Both rooms we booked were brand-new and great-sized with previous stays bed, a huge balcony, for example. Near a tube station, the location was stunning and amazing, so close to everything.

The property was overall clean with knowledgeable and active staff. The restaurant was popular with beautiful decor, we ordered appetising dishes. Central location was a plus. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a shopping area.

Unfortunately internet was terrible.

Good sized rooms with a view, warm breakfast. Excellent and stunning spot just off shops, metro, and places of cultural interest and the centre of the city.

It had very central location close to Carrera de San Jeronimo. Kind and wise staff who were always there to help.

The bed was rock hard, unfortunately.

We were in a perfect location within a close distance from Prado National Museum.

It was reasonably clean place, staff were really helpful, and I enjoyed my well-appointed room.

Very good overall experience. Very central location, not very far from Naval Museum. Proximity to the airport, just 25 km. A good choice of yummy options for meal.

Tbh, had a great stay on vacation. The staff was wise and courteous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was tidy and silent. Enjoyed city view. The location couldn't be more marvellous very in the center. Further, it was near all major attractions, parque del retiro, and a high nightlife.

Fantastic and amazing location a 10-15 minute walking distance from an iconic street. Shopping area really close to restaurants and public transports as well as most tourist destinations.

it was a very good stay on vacation. got a warm breakfast included. everything was very good, really enjoyed city view from my king room. the location was wonderful, just a short walk away from prado national museum. you could walk to a market and different stores.

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Madrid. The room was well-organised and well-appointed and I liked the original-style building. It had best possible location with access to Plaza de Canalejas nearby. Food in the Irish bar was appetising.

Excellent value and modern place. Brand-new, silent units provided with great AC, the least value plus balcony. Best possible and ideal location in Madrid, close enough to all the nice tapas bars and right in puerta del sol. Also, in the center.

I recommend you to eat at Museo del Jamon, that is set 800 feet away. Just a walk down to Callao metro stop, some 10 minutes walk. I visited one of my favorite spots almudena cathedral that was not far from the hotel. Convenient public parking nearby.
