A nice size room, air-conditioned with ac. The location unbeatable and nice to the Coliseum for the football.

The stay was very nice. The hotel was fairly large and facilities were overall nice, it had unbeatable and marvellous location so close to San Cristobal metro as well as the outskirts of Madrid. The daily service was good.

Quiet and practical location in a district over run by "working girls ", industrial style building. Based close enough to the center of Madrid- very convenient, San Cristobel Industrual Renefe Cercanías train station which takes approximately 20 minutes into the city centre, and Far away from city centre.

Free parking and traditional and good breakfast with meals.

Ideal and fairly clean place, affable staff with helpful receptionists. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location and good facilities. Small restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The setting is unbeatable, just next door to the train station and staff, the restaurant next door, and which is the heart of Madrid, very industrial area. Villaverde district deserves to be explored.

The hotel had a particularly good location, very close to a motorway. Its staff was exceptionally nice and affable.

Overall had very good stay for nights even far away from centrum. This accommodation had a suburban setting close to shopping mall. Besides, we were very close to highway and shoping centre, Close to festival mad cool and a nearby supermarket by bus.

The stay was absolutely really nice. Everything was very good, magnificent location short walk to Sol/Madrid, Madrid center and the onsite cafe, supper friendly staff. The room was functional, moreover neat with nice bathroom. The place had a family atmosphere. The team provided a very good service.

It was in a suburban setting to the center of Madrid-. Plus, it was close to a beautiful park and a huge palace, and Madrid centre.

Guest room with nice bathroom was ready when we arrived. This hotel was set in a suburban area not far from the railway station, the airport, and the cafe.

The restaurant was small for breakfast, I tried appetising dishes. The bed was nice, as were the pillows.

Came here for 2 nights with my family, had a really really nice stay. One of the advantages - good modern and silent rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Good location for a couple of nights, all was nice. A motorway was very close to the place.

The location in a very industrial area was particularly good and absolutely perfect and there were chemist's and a large supermarket nearby. Also, we could visit Coliseum Alfonso Perez, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

I enjoyed the industrial-style building, lovely modern and silent room with the kitchen.

I was offered an excellent breakfast with meals. The location turned out to be perfect, really close to the festival in Caja Magica, and the restaurant/cafe. Besides, El Cerro de los Angeles was 5 km away from the venue.

It is a good value and gorgeous property located in Villaverde district not far from Sol city centre, the C3 subway station which is a short trip to Sol, and a train stop to Madrid atocha. The location is in a quiet spot in an industrial park in the middle of nowhere.

The place was perfect and had efficient and helpful staff with helpful receptionists, loved the stay. It had perfect location, so close to the subway, the metro, San Cristobal Industrial, and an industrial park in the middle of nowhere. Villaverde district was worth staying in.

The location of the property was unbeatable and excellent, close to a train stop to Madrid atocha. And it was also really close to which is the heart of Madrid, a train station with access to the centre of Madrid and Aranjuez.

Had suburban location to the train station that takes you straight to the centre for 15-20mins. The breakfast offered a wide array of gorgeous meals.

Facilities were great, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was particularly GOOD: chemist's and a large supermarket were within walking distance. We really enjoyed that it was very close to a motorway.

Overall a gorgeous brand-new hotel. Excellent and stunning location, really close to an underground station. A nice restaurant for breakfast. Very nice overall experience.

The staff were awesome, unbeatable and best possible location in industrial estate area.

Everything was perfect, had a really nice stay on a business trip. The guest room we stayed in was neat and silent on higher floors. The location was stunning, just next door to the center, the centre of Madrid and Madrid. It also was very close to San Cristobel Industrial train stop.

We asked for a neat room with nice bathroom, AC and air-con and got one. A microwave oven, an electric hob and a fridge were a big plus.

Food was cheap and I have nothing but comfortable memories from this trip. Planned to see Madrid major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them.

Well, the area was not that good overall.

near the prado museum and all the action. honestly no complains at all. we liked the fact that we chose vertice roomspace. free wi fi worked pretty fast.
