Came with my children, everything was great. I were greeted by perfect, kind staff. The location was super, short walk to an underground station, a quiet area, close to metro station Prosperidad and the airport and easily accessible. Chamartin district was worth staying in.

Room was good sized and brand-new and available with the bedroom, the amenities plus big terrace.

I stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The staff was courteous all the time. This accommodation was in the central location in the center. Further, it was not far from the shops, restaurants and metro, metro or direct bus and a nice neighbourhood.

The staff were incredible and accommodating, gave us great tips. Our room was modern and functional with the amenities, the bedroom, for instance, just what we needed.

I really enjoyed the place, it was perfectly clean & the staff were useful. Magnificent and marvellous location, it was walk from an underground station. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Madrid.

Marvellous location close to center was a plus. Very helpful staff, helped me a lot. They gave me twin room with the bedroom and big terrace.

The location was magnificent and the staff was very very helpful during the whole stay! Plus the hotel was close to restaurants and a stadium. There were comfortable beds and an iron, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk inside the room.

Everything was perfect here - AMAZINGLY HELPFUL staff and functional rooms. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Quick check-in, parking nearby.

It was in a marvellous location close to restaurants and a stadium. I greatly enjoyed to be close to a train station. The room was functional and exceptionally clean, with a private bathroom.

Really enjoyed the place, had a delightful stay in reception and throughout our visit. Throughout the day staff were good. We booked cosy and good room with a small kettle and a kettle. Had central location by metro. Went to Paellamar Planet for drink or two, set at a medium distance from the hotel.

Came in Madrid to relax and have fun, this nice basic hotel was excellent base for doing it. It was in the central location close to center.

Modern king room was functional. Quiet location on the city center, all was perfect. And it was also right by metro or direct bus and a nice neighbourhood of Madrid...

we were in a great location within easy walking distance of berlin park.

Tbh, had a very delightful stay during our visit. Our children and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. The staff were perfect, kind. The location was great and super, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Berlin Park. The hotel was in a fairly nice area, close enough to Prosperidad metro station, a quiet area, close to metro station Prosperidad, and restaurants.
