Fantastic incredible location, in a gallery. Tastefully decorated and brand-new room, large beds.

Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s well-maintained and exceptional place with responsive staff from the people at the front desk to the doorman. There is a popular rooftop restaurant, serving delicious dishes.

Spotlessly clean and well-maintained place, amazing breakfast with variety of options. The magnificent and perfect location for the price, next to many lovely restaurants and the staff, gold museums, and local coffee shops for breakfast. Besides, easy access to a public park.

The location brilliant and amazing anywhere in the city close to all major attractions. Impeccably clean room with exceptional view of the exterior. Perfect services, including a fantastic breakfast and great pool.

The restaurant was amazing for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a rain shower and a shower.

The weather was pleasant, had exceptional stay. The pool area was lovely and the location was best possible and strategic, close to the train station and the park, bars and restaurants in a lovely square. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park. I thoroughly enjoyed the contemporary-style building and a nice size room with luxury bathrooms. Everything was fine, even so a few employees were funky.

The location of the hotel in Madrid is best possible and strategic, very close to the Palacio Real and multiple nearby restaurants.

The staff were dedicated, reasonably good. The hotel had a central setting to most everything tourist-wise. Also, a historic water pump was 4 km away. The service was very good. Moreover, I parked on site.

The room was well-equipped and well furnished with comfy bed, luxury bathrooms, the art £ 196. I was offered a large breakfast except for the hot chocolate.

Unbeatable location in an amazing area really close to attractions like art museums, market, Plaza Major and many great restaurants, and the Prado and Retiro. Marvellous breakfast, luxurious junior suite.

Its location in Madrid was excellent and perfect, near the museums on one side and old town on the other side and a 10 minute walk of the Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor as well as restaurants and shops. Centro district was worth exploring. I was here for 4 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. The street view was an unexpected bonus.

We truly enjoyed rooms with good facilities. The hotel had an amazing and lovely location to all the great sights.

The suite was brand-new with the cross Madrid's Streets view, a double bed plus bathroom. Had central location at walking distance to the most know landmarks.

Really enjoyed the way our superior queen room with a large bathroom was arranged. The location was great, and we could reach Carrera de San Jeronimo by walking.

Had well-appointed and nicely furnished room £ 196 with the cross Madrid's Streets view and generous nibbles given with drinks plus well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was marvellous except for the hot chocolate; the location was unbeatable.

The venue was set in the central position close enough to Prado Museum, Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the main street Gran Via, old town on the other side and Sol metro and Gran Via for all the shops.

The breakfast itself was expensive, can be much better.

The view to the street is magnificent, the room is tastefully decorated and brand-new.

The location was central, just next door to the airport as well as the main museums, shopping areas and parks.

enjoyed the room with great bathroom, my bed was comfortable. you could leave a car onsite. the location was best possible, close to museo nacional thyssen-bornemisza. i ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel. the rooftop bar was amazing and the drinks were carbonated.

The atmosphere created was contemporary! We were in a superior room with a safe, a mini bar and central heating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

Staff was excellent, the hotel was designer. Satellite TV, a safe and a writing table were much appreciated during our weekend. Moreover, it had private parking for drivers. Great location just next door to city center. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like rosi la loca taberna that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Few of nice tourist spots, for example plaza mayor were so close to the venue. Bed was big. That hotel was in a GREAT location. Everything was perfect for vacation and enjoyment.

Breakfast was great and the team was helpful. Mercado de san miguel is an easy walk to the hotel;)))
