Planned to see Madrid major attractions and it was characterful base for visiting all of them. Super-friendly and amicable staff, gave a lot of information.

Comforts of reasonably spacious double room with view to inside court were fabulous. The breakfast was gorgeous with a wide range of dishes. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an urban park.

Everything was beautiful, the service was exceptional! The restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner, I tried hot dishes. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Its location was central, within walking distance of Plaza de Colon.

Very good stay, as always. Perfect accommodation, amazing location in a beuatiful central area in Madrid, gorgeous breakfast. High quality staff, concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. Good bar area.

quiet and stunningly beautiful accommodation with unbeatable setting not far from the center of the barrio de salamanca, an old residential area close to the heart of madrid, many "local " eateries or bars around and posh shopping district. what an excellant stay, no complaints.

The hotel had a central location and it was next to an archaeological museum. Boutiques and shops were right next door. We ate at an amazing restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Magnificent location in a fantastic location with the airport being very accessible, polite staff, everything was beautiful.

The staff was courteous, just as I expected. The vibe here was elegant. Didn't expect to get laundry service for nothing, you guys rock. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requests, do recommend it.

The venue was wonderful, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing right by El Retiro Park, and the main attractions and the best shops and restaurants in the city. The breakfast was lovely and satisfactory, the staff were affable.

We were in a marvellous and excellent location not far from many good restaurants, many "local " eateries or bars around and the luxurious Serrano. It also was in the Salamanca area of Madrid.

This quiet hotel had central setting in the Salamanca area of Madrid. Overall it was well-appointed and quiet with view to inside court.

Extremely spacious units with balcony and Technogym devices plus view to idark nside court, and the staff were really kind. The location was great and unbeatable, for example, an urban park was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Comfortable base for a 6-night stay. Perfect location, kind stuff, a wide array of food for the buffet breakfast. Had nice dainties at Rocambolesc, located a few steps away from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed luxurious bathroom and a personal safe, TV and a work desk in our junior suite🙂

The room was beautiful and the staff professional. Oter Epicure, which can be found only 200 ft away, was a fast option.

Madrid is worth trip, Velazquez subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was PERFECT. The hotel met the purpose.
