The Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid

Marvellous and particularly good location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an Emigration gallery. Upscale area. Consistently courteous and outstandingly accommodating staff, functional double room. Perfect views, excellent service with parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Overall it was good sized and recently refurbished, with a private bathroom. Got the view of courtyard.

The venue was clean and reasonably spacious. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, I will be returning here soon.

Everything was good, marvellous location next to the best 3 museums: The Prado, The Reina Sofia and the Thyssen, many local restaurants as well as public transportation and good tapas bars, fabulous experience. I had a stunning and exceptionally nice breakfast with so many options to choose from, the item offered and eggs to order.

Had lovely stay at another visit, the staff were best, location was stunning right in the centre of attraction.

Everything is perfect here, had a such great stay for 3 nights. The twin room overlooks inner courtyard and includes tea/coffee making equipment and glassware.

Wonderful, clean venue with marvellous and awesome location really close to the Westin Palace for a long time, several major museums and Retiro Park, the train station and Gran Via shopping areas😃

The restaurant here was outstanding at the lobby, we both ordered wonderful dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware.

The breakfast was wonderful and the place was fairly clean. Overall it was newly renovated and fully-equipped with a view of neptune's fountain. The staff was incredibly attentive and patient, helped a lot. The setting was excellent, close enough to Plaza Mayor in one direction and the parque del retiro in the other and Atocha train station.

Recently refurbished and large units with a view of Neptune's fountain as well as a comfy bed. Excellent and wonderful location to a grand boulevard.

Amazing and fantastic location in Madrid, right by all the attractions, specially Retiro Park and subway stops. Besides, excellent for visiting Paseo del Prado.

The room was newly renovated & beautifully maintained, there was a very comfy bed. The breakfast was marvellous with the item offered and many healthy options and eggs to order, and the Irish bar was a plus.

All in all everything was excellent, had a terrific stay for 3 nights. The twin room I was given was complete with mirrors, a perfect view, a large marble bathroom. All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues. It was a marvellous and amazing location close enough to many restaurants as well as the beautiful botanical gardens...

The rooms were quiet and newly decorated with all expected amenities, a view to fuente de Neptunia, for instance. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from an urban park. The hotel was located near a museum and a gallery.

The breakfast was wonderful and top quality with so many options to choose from, all the food was outstanding.

I ate at a beautiful restaurant at the lobby. The location was excellent for walking around Prado National Museum. This hotel was located in a secure area.

I loved being in this place. The property was fairly clean and staff was welcoming. It was cheap, reasonably spacious and with a nice view.

The location was amazing, not too far from Prado National Museum. You could walk to a shopping area and a market. The restaurant was excellent at the lobby, we ordered wonderful dishes. It was unique with wifi.

It had central location close to Congress of Deputies.

The place was fairly clean with a gorgeous design and excellent and friendly staff. The location of the hotel was great and beautiful - just a short stroll away from a sprawling museum. The area was shopping so close to Thyssen museums as well as the main central areas of Madrid.

Perfectly located hotel, very clean and luxurious rooms. It was not far from el estanque grande. The breakfast they served was great. Moreover, there was private parking available as well as Wi-Fi.
