Spotlessly clean and new-fashioned units with a view and superfriendly staff. Stylish decoration in the rooms, good location. Nice pool, parking in the hotel.

Amazing property, has exceptional staff with good service and fun rubbing shoulders with other guests and friendly multilingual staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Exceptionally nice and marvellous location for Madrid, near those areas, the palace and the centre of Madrid.

I find the hotel amazing, reasonably clean and the staff is super-friendly. The single room is brand-new with a wonderful view of the palace, toiletries, for instance. It has good central location very close to Principe Pio station. They have a rooftop bar. Thanks, would love to come back...

The place was spotlessly clean with superbly friendly staff members. There were bright, quiet rooms with a view. Overall truly enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

Marvellous setting, short walk to large public areas, center of Madrid and the centre. Bright and quiet unit with a wonderful view of the palace.

Comforts of bright room with a view were fabulous. We really enjoyed central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers.

This hotel was amazing base for exploring Madrid, truly enjoyed it. I was met by super-friendly and amiable staff at the lobby.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, bright, and had a personal safe, climate control and a mini-bar. The bed was lovely, the staff were very kind and good people with good service and fun rubbing shoulders with other guests and friendly multilingual staff. The location was great, relatively close to a grand boulevard.

Rooms with a view had a quiet atmosphere. Its location relatively near a famed street was good and great.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

The service here was good. Great breakfast was provided. The atmosphere created was special.

No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations, can't recommend highly enough it. It had central location close to Principe Pio. And I was walking distance to a palace and a Royal palace.
