Comfortable bedroom. Had good central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set. Nice and courteous staff with smiles.

It's great value for money and well-equipped with awesome bathrooms.

It was a beautifully designed and stylish hotel in the heart of Madrid. Greatly enjoyed the price of our double room and its essentials. Everything was perfect as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. Magnificent location and overall the staff was extremely helpful and excellent.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, really close to a shopping area, restaurants and old town and major highlights of the city center. The double room I stayed in was good value for money and brand-new with largest terrace. Exceptional service, though a few employees were not very friendly.

The food was excellent with a huge variety of choice! The hotel staff was amazingly kind and excellent.

Appreciated our stay, had memorable 2 days overall. The unit we got was great value and brand-new with good views and the best shower plus terrace. Food was FAB, staff was really helpful and respectful. The location was perfect and nice, at a moderate distance from a famed street.

The staff is superfriendly, that's an advantage, The hotel boasts central location in a fabulous pedestrianised location within easy reach of everything.

The suite was high quality, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Private bathroom was clean.

The units are well-appointed, large with terrace.

Quite small breakfast, it should be way much better.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre of a shopping area so paradise for shoppers, and center of the Madrid. The food we tried was fabulous and they have lots of meals to choose from.

came in madrid to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was great base for doing it. plus it had courtyard view.

The staff was attentive, the location was stunning. We loved climate control, a personal safe and an electronic key card. The hotel was placed within 25 km of the airport.

The bed was comfortable, we appreciated it. Marvellous location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

Had a double room with the best shower, terrace plus big TV and I enjoyed it.

worth its 4 stars. the rooms and atmosphere were nice for us. as it's relatively near callao metro.

Deluxe place, you know. We really loved the lovely room and attentive stuff. Just a walk down to asador de aranda, where you can have lunch.
