Functional affordable property with efficient and excellant stuff on the reception desk. Particularly good and stunning location, warm triple room with double bed.

The staff were great and very cordial and helped with public parking. The location was very central, brilliant in which very many tourist stops are like Buen Retiro. It was also close enough to the '' Gran Via '', a cafe and Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is ideal with quiet atmosphere, the location is excellent very close to metro station also.

This is an immaculately clean, ideal hotel. The staff is amicable and accommodating. The units are warm, well-maintained with a balcony. The location is particularly good and stunning, at a medium distance from an iconic street. Thank you for a fine stay.

Excellent base for exploring Madrid. Pleasant staff and quiet place. Exceptionally comfortable bed & marvellous and unbeatable position close to Plaza del Spania, all main attractions and the train station. Also, on the metro line in which very many tourist stops are like Buen Retiro.

Everything was perfect, we had good 1 day here. It had central location close to Plaza de Oriente.

The room itself was good sized and brand-new with a window leading to an inside staircase and had essentials I needed.

View was missed.

Clean place, staff was great. Comforts of family room were fabulous - a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

All of the staff members were attentive and very amiable. We got queen room where the airconditioning worked and loved it.

the location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a famed street. i booked double room, it was well-maintained and complete with a double bed, tv, for instance.

The location was excellant, relatively close to a room palace. The king room was brand-new and huge, perfect for my needs.

It has a marvellous and brilliant location very close to a metro station as well as the centre of the city. Centro district deserves to be explored. The family king room is beautifully maintained and has a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card.

We were given a triple room on arrival, it was warm. The location was amazing for walking around a grand boulevard. And the area was shopping, just off metro stations and the shops at Gran Via.

The location for Madrid was marvellous and unbeatable, next to many shops and metro stations and Madrid for 1 night. The room was neat and huge with a double bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

A really great way to end my city trip. Great location to a famed street. Positioned in the lovely area, not far from 3 big subway station and an excellent cafe for breakfast.

We had an enjoyable stay at this low cost hotel. We have booked twin/double room with good facilities. The staff was gentle and everything was perfect. The location was incredible and fab, near old town. There was a good restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door...

We enjoyed the hotel, its fab location and polite staff. The whole room was huge and had climate control, a personal safe and a mini-bar. The atmosphere created was quiet👌🙂
