The property was beautiful with polite staff.

I stayed here before, always elegant and stylish rooms with gran via view. The location was marvellous, in Central Madrid, convenient to go everywhere.

The rooms were absolutely perfect and elegant with fabulous views at sunset. The price was £ 186. The location was awesome and the staff was courteous during the whole stay! The service was good throughout our stay.

Our room was tastefully decorated with a super comfortable bathroom. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to many shops around as well as many restaurants and attractions.

Stylish building and rooms with modern decoration. The amicable and outstandingly accommodating staff and their quick responses to my needs. Amazing location really close to the square outside, many landmarks, and supermarket, efficient check-in. Besides, excellent for visiting Plaza de Oriente.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view of central Madrid. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

The queen studio we stayed in were brand-new with a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was excellent, in walking distance to all sightseeing places.

The room was new-fashioned: exceptionally comfortable bed, modern style bathroom. The staff were polite and welcoming hole time of my stay.

Appreciated my excellent stay for a wonderfull vacation. My hotel room was absolutely perfect and elegant with balcony. Coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware worked well. Very central location was a plus. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The location was marvellous, close to all major attractions with easy access to a supermarket and a local store.

The rooms at this hip new hotel where well decorated. The location was incredible, within a close distance from a huge plaza. And it was also so close to beautiful Gran Via, airport and heart of Madrid.

In relation to the great price paid, it was INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL place to stay with good service.

This was a marvellous location not far from the historical center of Madrid, a local store and other restaurants. We truly enjoyed rooms with great views.

My room was well decorated and complete with laundry, all the amenities, for instance. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, absolutely kind. The location was amazing and fantastic, in the Ella restaurant, in the vibrant area.

The room was good sized and brand-new, and we were provided with spacious Bathroom, lovely views, for example. The venue was set in the central position just next door to many restaurants and attractions, Gran Via which is a touristy central street, and everything, metro stations, shopping areas, theaters, restaurants, and many other important landmarks that can be easily be done by foot. Plus, a vast pedestrianized public square was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

New-fashioned units with nice view and including a washing machine, and the staff were courteous. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges were a nice touch. This stylish and beautiful hotel was in very central location so close to the center.

Welcoming staff, fabulous views at sunset, everything is good. There is a great rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view of central Madrid.

The queen studio we stayed in was well-equipped with bedroom, a terrace, as example. Its location relatively close to a ridge-top palace was amazing.

The hotel had a very central position close enough to a metro, the Ella restaurant and central tourist locations. The staff were welcoming and kind and the design was amazing.

Location really close to the city center on the Gran Via, everything, metro stations, shopping areas, theaters, restaurants, and many other important landmarks that can be easily be done by foot and Callao plaza. Plus, walking distance to Plaza de Callao.

Magnificent location close to everything you can imagine and incredibly kind and outstandingly accommodating staff.

It has amazing location with restaurants and bars walking distance to the place.

There were a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV in the room, liked that. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was brilliant. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - a 10-15 minute walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.

The setting was quite stunning within easy reach of a huge plaza...

Stylish room with micro-wave, I had everything needed. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were nice. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too. The location was peaceful, within walking distance of Do Design. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

We liked it. A wide range of extra supplies: TV, a coffeemaker and a dining area. We had king studio with high windows. Walking distance to el corte ingles, where you can have lunch.
