Everything was wonderful and met needs. The staff were polite and welcoming, no complaints. The service was nice, the food was delicious. Could use their secure parking.

Truly enjoyed the double room I had with a bathtub, decent bathrooms, as example. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was superb. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, at a walking distance from V de Vegas.

Our comfort twin room with lovely bed and decent bathrooms was soundproof. The location was nice, in the San Blas district and close to a bus stop. The property was set in a peaceful area.

We liked staying in this hotel! Everything was really good, though we stayed for 1 night only. Booked comfort king room, that included an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. Pleased it had a bidet. The staff was delightfully helpful, professional all the time. The location was magnificent, near to center of Madrid and the outskirts of the city.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ccs Burger that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Best base for a trip in Madrid;)))
