Hotel Serrano

The room is attractive and quiet with all necessary amenities, everything is absolutely great. The location is magnificent and good and the staff are easy going. The hotel is near a huge variety of restaurants and very good restaurants.

The stay was absolutely perfectly pleasant. The place was first-rate and excellent value, we appreciated it. The room was brand-new and decent size, provided with a super comfortable bed and the bedroom plus coffee. Cereal, cakes, pastries, and cheese were appetising.

Well, it was a very good stay during my visit. The location was good very near 2 large grocery stores.

The location is in a magnificent and particularly good spot by the subway. Btw, it's set in Salamanca district really close to Paseo de La Castellana with different means of transportation as well as the good shopping area.

The location in a very nice area was excellent and easy and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. We had cereal, cakes, pastries, and cheese for breakfast.

Loved the way our well-kept double room with the essentials was arranged. Its location in the good shopping area also was excellent and lovely.

Appreciated our rooms with balcony around. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museo de Cera de Madrid was magnificent and unbeatable.

They offered cereals, cakes, pastries, and cheese for breakfast. The location was excellent for Madrid, really close to 2 large grocery stores, and luxury shops, including Corte Ingles.

Cereals, cakes, pastries, and cheese looked good. Great breakfast and other services were good. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Had 3 days in Madrid, spending my time here really good. The room was spotless and attractive, included with coffee, balcony, for instance. Cereals, cakes, pastries, and cheese were available. Had very central location in the good shopping area also very near 2 large grocery stores. And it was also not far from those sightseeing places, great shops and fancy restaurants around, and the posh Serrano. The team provided a terrific service.

Superb base for one night with good wi-fi. Marvellous and unbeatable location in the center of the city in a nice enough area. Obliging and really kind staff in the whole hotel. Great breakfast including cereal, cakes, pastries, and cheese.

My favourite property in Madrid. Ideal and perfectly clean place with helpful staff. Good and perfect location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Plaza de Colon. Very very good stay, and 15 minutes' stroll from the metro. Delicious cereal, cakes, pastries, and cheese supplied. Simple check-in and flexible check-out, parking nearby. Not to mention free wifi!

Overall it was brand-new in a vintage style. The location was EASY and good, near to Metro stations Ruben Dario & Serrano and Ruben Dario metro station and Paseo de La Castellana with different means of transportation.

It was in a marvellous and unbeatable location steps away from Ibm Building.

the hotel's location was very central, quite close to retiro park. spent a nice evening at larumbe, located right next to the venue. i greatly enjoyed cereals, cakes, pastries and cheese food in the morning.

Booked twin room, that included a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. I enjoyed the excellent and easy location in the very nice area.

It is a comfortable base for one night. The location is incredible, 3 km from an 8 hectares botanical garden. You can eat in bars and restaurants...

This first-rate and simple hotel had a very central setting to help me find a taxi for the airport. I had goodies and coffee at Pistacho, it was located steps away from the venue.

Would recommend to others. Large bathroom with bidets; friendly staff. It was nice to be upgraded to a junior suite...

The staff and location were perfect for us. The hotel is in the shopping district. Had breakfast for eur 15 per person per day. Our stay was a great experience.

sushi bar hannah, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. situated only 1 mile from retiro park. the rooms met all requests.
