Beautifully decorated accommodation with decent setting really close to main atraction, a big, and a quaint. Fabulous meals with refreshing drinks. Real good overall experience.

The breakfast was enjoyable with several options.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was absolutely great and reasonably clean. All the employees were incredibly helpful and respectful. The location offered was peaceful near to the centre of the city, Also close to an amazing park '' parque del oueste '' for those who love running and a lovely square with a big playground for kids surrounded by trees and shade. Had brunch in the Mercat Bar, located nearby.

Good food for all meals. Airy queen room with double bed. Quiet and easy location in family friendly area, very close to a local park where residents come out to relax in the evening. Besides, excellent for visiting a public park.

The staff was respectful and attentive and we would love to return. A mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe in our superior double room were useful during stay. The location seemed convenient near the Metro station.

The total stay was very good on this visit. Had a sensational breakfast with juice and sausages, for instance. Had central location near San Bernardo metro' s station.

The place was immaculately clean and quaint, it had very professional staff especially to the receptionist from Argentina. Loved the way our double room with double bed was arranged.

The venue was in a central location near to a quaint, tree lined square with a fountain, frequented by local families and a lovely space to sit in the evening as well as metro links.

Sensational breakfast with plenty of options, quirky and perfectly clean place. Easy location just off the subway, pubs and Downtown, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Besides, excellent for visiting St Chad's.

The location in a great area was marvellous and fantastic and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Magnificent, amazing location in Chamberi district right by the metro and restaurants, a beautiful park infront of the hotel-made the stay much more authentic than staying in more traditional touristy areas and metro links.

The hotel was good value. It was short walk to cafes, shops and two Metro stations as well as restaurants and evening outings, easy and perfectly comfortable location overall. The staff was respectful, hospitable, and responded promptly to requests.

Its location is unbeatable on a nice quiet square. And it's really close to the Gran Via, the airport and Madrid on Erasmus for breakfast.

And it had courtyard view which is a plus. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Stayed here for 4 nights and liked my choice. City view was worthy. The staff was attentive and efficient all the time. It had very central location close to Children's Playground. Moreover, the area was calm. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Madrid.

Easy access to almudena cathedral. Good location, 20 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana subway station;))
