The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with great coffee. The executive king room is immaculate and has a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

Welcoming staff and amazing location right in the centre, everything was good. Got executive queen room with a terrace when arrived, enjoyed that. The breakfast was super and satisfactory with great coffee and frequently replenished.

The room was functional and new-fashioned, had private bathroom. Plus we had iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and TV with satellite channels. The staff were extremely helpful and amazingly attentive and check-in was early.

It was an ideal hotel in a comfortable area, short walk to The main shopping centre, plaza de mayor, Mercado saint Miguel, royal palace, shops, metro station and the palace. The rooms they have were stylish and new-fashioned with shower and comfy beds.

New-fashioned, airy unit with a balcony, shower, as for instance. Plenty of delicious options for meal. Fantastic setting, near the airport, many restaraunts and several attractions.

Staff was pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and hotel is perfectly clean and sleek! Overall the room was big with a balcony and a great breakfast plus a terrace. The food selection was fresh. The venue was in a very central setting close to the center. I had an excellent stay and would come there again, thanks a lot.

It is a beautifully decorated property located in Centro district very close to the main "Opera " tube station, and the center of the town -everything in walking distance. It has exceptionally nice and magnificent location close to everything including metro.

This property was reasonably clean and stylish. Had twin room with wake-up service available in it. The buffet breakfast was very very good, included delicious dishes.

Wanted to explore Madrid and this hotel was best base for doing it. The location was very central, near the Royal Palace, Opera House, The main shopping centre, the Prada and many other things, and bars and restaurants. Dined at La Bola, it was at a moderate distance from the venue😀

The beds are nice to sleep on. The location is central. The place is located right by an underground station.

My room was neat and perfect with a comfortable bed as well as a great breakfast as described. The location was incredible and peaceful, just a short walk away from a State - owned art museum. It was located in a calm area very close to Madrid, the Opera House and the center.
