Its location a few steps away from Bessborough Gardens was great and magnificent. The folks working here were well-trained and amazingly attentive.

The property is beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless and the staff is hospitable. A great restaurant with a very good breakfast is available.

It was a lovely place for shopping, had such wonderful time. Everything was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. The room we stayed in was quiet and elegant with balcony, a great bathroom, as example.

The hotel's position was magnificent, close to a nice neighbourhood with many great restaurants, the main sights of Madrid and a well managed private garden. We had a lovely bedroom.

I had a classic double room and it was a nice size and luxurious with balcony. Magnificent location to attractions like Western Approaches Museum, that was minutes away from the hotel.

Competent staff and the place was clean. The restaurant was magnificent for dinner, I tried savoury dishes. The staff helped me with tickets. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Tate Liverpool.

The location it has just next door to a nice neighbourhood with many great restaurants and good metro links and Spain is marvellous and particularly good.

Would stay here again, when I stay in Madrid. It's a beautifully designed and exceptional place for shopping. The hotel has a great and excellent location close to a subway station. The amazing restaurant for dinner is a nice plus.

The food was great and the location was marvellous. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Salamanca district. We ate at a beautiful restaurant with a very good breakfast.

Nicely decorated and truly exceptional hotel, I had a wonderful stay. The restaurant was amazing with a very good breakfast, I tried distinguished dishes. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The service was good in my opinion.

A laptop-size safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed were a very nice touch. The location in the quiet upscale Salamanca neighborhood was marvellous for us.

The location was great as it was close to an underground station. Furthermore, the area was fairly quiet. There was an amazing restaurant for dinner in the hotel.

Recommend this hotel, loved our stay here. The venue is an ideal base for a holiday in Madrid. The units are luxurious, elegant with balcony. The food is FABULOUS.

We booked junior suite and could use wake-up service, available in it. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

Appreciated the way our beautifully designed deluxe room on the lower floors was arranged. Had such facilities, like multi-channel television, a study table and iPod dock. Its location was marvellous, just next door to a well managed private garden, a train station, and Salamanca.

That hotel was in a marvellous location, in nice neighborhood. The place was a short walk to La Ermita del Pintxo, where you can have dinner. We booked deluxe queen room, it was luxurious. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

Nothing to dislike.

The service was absolutely exceptional! The room was incredible and delightful, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath robes. The staff were attentive and amiable and the design was nice.
