Marvellous and brilliant spot adjacent to the City Centre of Madrid. Neat room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room.

Overall clean place, staff was outstandingly accommodating. A tapas restaurant was magnificent for lunch. It was a very pleasant stay for business trip, couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Well, the area was really noisy overall.

The restaurant was small for lunch here, I had hot dishes. It was a decent size with good beds and spacious bathroom. The staff were decent and knowledgeable at all times. The location was excellent in the very convenient area.

The location was very central, right by various monuments and cafeteria at 10:30 a.m. Also, Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km away from the hotel.

Our room was recently renovated and good sized with a big balcony, appreciated having access to wake-up service. The location was absolutely perfect and amazing, right by 2 different metro stations: "CALLAO " and "GRAN VIA, many shops great for those who want to go for shopping, and the restaurants.

The marvellous location for the price, just off walking distance to everything-shops, and plaza mayor, santa Ana, la puerta de Alcala, la gran via and the metro. Easy walk to Broadley Street Gardens. Very-very nice staff at reception desk, new-fashioned economy room.

I was there for 1 night and ate at tapas restaurant for lunch. Decent and knowledgeable property staff that provided great services. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, you can visit Plaza de Callao by walking. Loved that it was set just off the Metro and Grand Via street, and everything-shops, restaurants, metro, attractions.

We had satisfactory breakfasts with veggie, and had dinner at the great restaurant on-site. The location in a very convenient area was great and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Centro district was worth exploring.

The staff was very, very nice, the breakfast was satisfactory, everything was great. The hotel was in a very central location in between three underground stations. Moreover, it was near restaurants centers and shopping centers, Madrids squares, stores, restaurants, and major tourist sites. The rooms were neat and airy and the service excellent. Moreover, there was late check-out until 6 pm.

It had a perfect and incredible location right by the center of Madrids squares, stores, restaurants, cafeteria, and the restaurants and bars locally. There was Takos al Pastor nearby, offering quick meals. Had a very good stay for business trip and would consider staying here again.

The location was marvellous, for example, a large urban plaza was at a short distance from the hotel. Plus, it was not far from the Grand Via, restaurants and all shopping and fresh bakery and tasty breakfast for 3-8 euro. I was here for 4 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for lunch.

The hotel had a very central position so close to Madrid for the first time as well as the restaurant. We had an airy guest room with Amazing Terrace and view to outdoors plus a big balcony.

The breakfast with veggie was sensational. The hotel's position was marvellous and brilliant, next to close to gran via, shops like the Primark and the H&M and restaurants and all shopping.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. Recently refurbished and well-maintained place all in all, has decent staff that provided great services. The location is magnificent and good, 1 km from a huge plaza. It's in a very very good building in the very convenient area.

Nice design of interiors in economy room. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Magnificent very central location, close enough to tourist spots and general sightseeing, and Spain.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was great. The location was great for walking around a grand boulevard. And the area was secure, close to the markets and the main attractions, and restaurants centers.

The location is unbeatable and awesome, within walking distance of a State - owned museum. It's based in safe area, very close to the main shopping streets.

The rooms are bright, newly remodelled, and come with a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card. The location is very central. Restaurante Botin, where you can eat, is within walking distance of from here. The hotel has a small restaurant for lunch. All in all they offer outstanding service.

The setting was quite excellent and perfect within easy reach of a huge plaza. The room was bright and large, included big bathroom.

Everything was very good, had a such wonderful stay for business trip. The hotel staff was polite and charming. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. What's more, it was short walk to Madrid's Squares and stores, Madrid for the first time and the center of Madrids squares, stores, restaurants.
