The hotel was what I loved during the holiday. The staff was caring, excellent, and everything was perfect. The bedroom was spotless and bright. There were newly renovated bathrooms. The location was good and perfect as it was walk from bars and pubs. A cathedral and a theatre were walk from the property.

Good standard and pleasant place with excellent service. Great and perfect location, pleasant restaurant. Situated in a touristic area.

The staff was extremely helpful, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The location was excellent, near to a "Irish pub "with an awesome waitress, the centre, and many areas of Madrid. Arganzuela district was worth exploring.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was excellant. Next to a tube station, the location was phenomenal and awesome, in the centre. A cool bonus was Cookie Creations, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

The bedroom was new-fashioned and huge. The location was convenient right by a metro station, in front of an underground station. Arganzuela district was worth visiting.

The time I spent there was truly memorable. Throughout the day staff were lovely. The location was phenomenal by good restaurants. Besides, it was adjacent to most attractions as well as central train station and airport. The tapas bar was lovely!

Fairly clean and fantastic place. Caring and helpful staff always on hand. Neat, new-fashioned units provided with a view to the Pyramids column as well as juice. Easy and decent location in Madrid, very close to great areas of intrest, cycle path and Very very close to metro. Also, good in terms of ease for travelling to-and-from the airport.

The highlight was the brilliant food. All the staff was caring, resolved my issues. The hotel was near downtown, and many areas thanks to its perfect and easy location. It was at a medium distance from Papa John's, serving fast food.

My stay was fine in town for business or holidays. Its location walk from a cathedral and a theatre was good and perfect. A lot of options nearby, I visited bars and pubs walk from the hotel.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, next to an underground station, so it was really easy to travel around. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Europa, they had some goodies, drinks.

All in all, it was lovely base for travelling to Madrid. The location was perfect and the staff members were extremely helpful! Moreover, the area was residential. It was surely a pleasant stay by the service I received from the reception staff and the correspondence before my trip.

It is a nice property located in Arganzuela district so close to the Piramides metro station. The hotel has a central location in a non-descript suburb.

The setting was quite comfortable within easy reach of Gate of Toledo.
