Marvellous breakfast with a wide array of options, chic and clean place. New-fashioned, silent unit on lower floors, and outstandingly accommodating staff.

There were attractive, fancy rooms with a drink, a bath, as example. A shampoo and a soap were very handy. The service was excellent. The location of this hotel very close to all major attractions and the neighborhood, Madrid has to offer and museums, the Gran Via, Cortes Anglasi, the Retiro Park was marvellous and particularly good. Besides, it was easy to get to Sainsbury's.

Very central location and ideal and chic hotel itself. Walking distance to various shops and a supermarket across the street.

I enjoyed the room with sound proof windows. The hotel was perfectly located. Besides, Buckingham Palace was 2 km away from the property.

The rooms modern and functional with larger pillows, double sized beds and a large balcony. Perfectly located in the great area. Again, not far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The staff is good here, the services are helpful, and location is awesome just next door to the Sol area _ restaurants, Huertas and all main attractions. It's perfectly located close to El Retiro park. Centro district is worth seeing.

Everything was good, personnel was very polite. The hotel was perfectly located for travelling through Madrid. Also, a huge plaza was only 1 km away. It had a great restaurant for a 4-star rated property.

Loved the guest room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. All the staff was super friendly and exceptionally accommodating and we had a painless check in. Marvellous and absolutely perfect position was an added bonus. Moreover, it was near to Puerto del Sol and Close to center.

The staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant - I would stay here again. I enjoyed a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the big room. The hotel was actually modern and perfectly located near Gran Via and Chueca, Plaza Mayor and mercado de San Miguel and all the major sites and shopping locations. Centro district was worth staying in.

Inclan Brutal Bar is a short walk to the hotel. Plaza mayor was placed at a small distance.

The area contains some restaurants like mercado de san miguel within 5 minutes' walk. 20 minutes' drive to the airport. Free WiFi worked flawlessly.
