The breakfast I had was excellent with different meats and ham and fresh fruit. The personnel was very pleasant and consistently courteous. The hotel's location was very central, to an RENFE Cercania station.

Incredible, pleasant staff, amazing location close enough to centre of Madrid and also area with lots of restaurants, the airport by train and rail station. Comfortable bedroom.

The guest room is new-fashioned and has very good Wi-Fi and a safe box.

A lot of food at breakfast, such as cereals and fruit. Amazing very central location, not far from The Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and Plaza Del Sol, a coffee shop with croissants and locations and transport routes. An absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights.

It was enjoyable base for travelling to Madrid, I was glad to stay there. The staff was immensely pleasant and the room was new-fashioned with big beds. The view of the street was lovely, as well as very central location next to Prado Museum, the Puerta de Toledo and taxi from the Airport for the fixed price of €30. Appreciated the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

I truly enjoyed the breakfast, specially cereal and fruit. The staff were amazingly nice as I expected. As for me, the location was particularly good, right by centre of Madrid, Right on the Puerta de Toledo and the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel.

Overall had really comfortable stay for 3 nights. The breakfast choices were incredibly nice with cheeses. The twin room I got was complete with a nice view. The staff was always available, I was taken care of. The location was marvellous and fantastic close to all buses or a stroll into the centre.

Enjoyed the place, it was excellent modern and worked for me. The staff were superbly friendly, the atmosphere was quiet and everything was perfect. The breakfast food was fresh, different choices to eat like cereals and fruit. I had a comfortable time.

Booked junior suite, had a really great stay at my next Madrid visit.

We had a junior suite with good views. The staff was welcoming, offered late check-out service and wake up service free of charge. The location was marvellous and stunning, relatively near a ridge-top palace. You could walk to small supermarkets and a supermarket: )

Got the same twin room booked online, enjoyed that. It had a large bathroom and a very comfy bed. The staff were consistently courteous, the location was great and incredible. A market and small supermarkets were right next door.

Had superior queen room with a fantastic bed, a huge mirror and a stylish modern bathroom. Fab location for our needs, close enough to Metro across the road, and all buses. Besides, easy to get to a Roman Catholic church.

The stay here was nice for 3 nights. The staff was amazingly nice and solved our problems immediately. The food for breakfast was freshly made, we got cereals and fruit. The location of the property was particularly good, 30 to 40 minutes away from the airport traveling on the metro. And it was also right by Prado Museum or Retiro park and also downtown.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in the city centre. I only stayed 1 night, yet the staff was always available - ticked all the boxes for me.

it deserves its 3 stars. this hotel was good home base for exploring madrid, greatly enjoyed it. spicy food & drinks. satellite tv, a heating system and a work desk available in the queen room. moreover, free wi fi was a welcome feature.

The location was good, with Restaurante Botin nearby, where we could eat. It's easy commute to Madrid via a subway station;)))

Can’t fault the property in any way.

La latina is next door. Personnel very GREAT. A few steps away from Campiello, where you can have lunch. Take a look at Carabanchel neighborhood, it's worth it.
