Magnificent location in Centro district just next door to far enough to be isolated from the chaos, restaurants and shops near Plaza de Sol and Malasana which was five minutes walk away. New-fashioned, soundproof units provided with a lovely terrace, balcony, as example.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, everything was very good. The hotel offered a healthy and wonderful breakfast with options of gluten free products and other healthy products. This was an incredible and top location very close to important landmarks that must be seen, the center of Madrid and several distinct areas for shopping.

Lovely welcoming and special property with attentive employees with every request or question we had. Unbeatable and excellent location close to the Subway, nice restaurants in the local area. Comfortable bedroom. Wide varieties of delicious food at breakfast.

Got the same spotless and updated guest room on the second level booked online, really enjoyed that. The location was marvellous and brilliant for me, on the local subway. Centro district was worth visiting.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, close enough to the pedestrian streets with restaurants, Gran Via and all the shopping stores, and the city center. The food is OUTSTANDING and delicious.

The location was incredible for first time visitors to Madrid. It was about 25 km from the airport.

The staff were very amiable and check-in was early. The double room with a balcony, facilities worked for us.

It boasts an excellent location; so close to Gran Via metro station, shopping area and train station and shops, public transport and places of interest.

I was upgraded to an air conditioned quadruple room with nice views of gran via. All the staff was attentive and caring, fixed my issues.

Attentive stuff with every request or question we had, absolutely perfect location. Set so close to the Gran Via metro station, restaurants and shops, and buses in the lively area.

Very clean bed in the quadruple room, plus a laptop-size safe, central heating and iron/ironing board. Spectacular views, delicious choice of fruit and vegetable at the American breakfast. Absolutely perfect and incredible location for our visit to a vast pedestrianized public square at a moderate distance from the hotel.

It had very central location close to Fnac.

The location was great and stunning, you can visit Fnac by walking. It was also so close to the subway and attractions, important landmarks that must be seen and the main avenue.

The location was perfect and magnificent, relatively near a huge plaza. It was located in a quiet area near still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep, all sights, transportation & restaurants and plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all the nice neighbehoods, a super base for me. Healthy and incredible breakfast with options of gluten free products was a nice touch.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay on a family visit. Extra care from the very amiable staff. Healthy and wonderful breakfast choice with juices, many vegetarian plus cereals. Perfect location in a lively area right by Puerto Del Sol and good eateries...

It was updated, functional and with big bathroom.

Location: the hotel was near to shopping areas, and centre. It also was near to big shops.

We walked everywhere, the location was great and stunning, right off the main shopping area in Madrid. Plus, it was short walk to many stores, food, bus, train and many sights, the GRAND Via metro station and important landmarks that must be seen.

The units are new-fashioned, beautifully maintained for 2 medium sized suitcases.

Updated twin room, extremely comfy beds. Nice food as for English breakfast.

the english breakfast was enjoyable with options of gluten free products. the location was best possible, for example, a huge plaza was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. moreover, it's close to the gran via, the mega shop, and madrid.

The hotel stuff where pleasant, the breakfast was incredible.

The staff was helpful, the room was perfect and good sized. They offered us buffet breakfast ; moreover you can visit nearby rosi la loca taberna and try something else. Thank you very much for constantly being a great place to stay.

Location and rooms were very good, as everything at that hotel. A bunk bed was a bonus. We truly enjoyed that we were near a metro station, it was great for exploring Madrid.
