I had a very positive experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was pleasant close enough to Retiro Park, very close to the museums and Atocha train station, good quality restaurants and food/beverage providers and attractions, great restaurants and taxi service and public transportation.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was big and clean, location was great within walking distance of all the main art galleries. The beds were lovely, rooms modern and compact.

The hotel was clean, charming, had great and energetic staff in their service and helpfulness. We had an incredible and exceptional breakfast with vegan hot chocolate, fruit, continental food included.

The breakfast was fantastic and exceptional with excotic alternatives! We enjoyed guest room provided with perfect isolation, a view of the park, as example.

Some guests complained about an insect they saw.

The venue is luxury, it offers enjoyable breakfast and has amazing location adjacent to bars and restaurants, the beautiful park and the hop on hop off bus stops practically outside and so much nightlife on offer in the town. The building is very elegant and the rooms are beautifully maintained and romantic. All in all they offer terrific service.

Stayed for 4 nights in this exceptionally comfortable and cool place, thoroughly enjoyed that. Had spotless and airy room with park view as well as bunk beds for a very positive stay. Every staff member was always pleasant and incredible.

Fairly clean, decent value hotel, its location was marvellous and stunning and really close to Reina Sofia museum, the centre of Barcelona, and the main old town square called locally Rossio. The rooms are bright and fairly quiet with the mini bar, beautiful big bath towels, as for instance and the staff are cordial!

Great hotel, energetic staff. Only absolutely fantastic and exceptional continental breakfasts with excotic alternatives. The location phenomenal and pleasant close to the major museums. So close to all the major tourist sites, the beautiful Retiro Park in the morning and evening, and restaurants, tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean, facilities were quite comfortable, exceptional location near the Art Galleries and Museums, the Latin Quarter, and 5 minutes walk from The Prado Museum.

Accommodation was big and luxurious with extremely friendly and affable staff in their service and helpfulness. The rooms were decent size, airy with park view, ideal for us.

Stunning location in the really quiet area, close to major sites, like The Prado and Retiro Park, a short walk to the bus stops for the hop on-hop off bus and the tourist places, especially the Retiro Park. Besides, easy to get to Plaza de Cibeles. Continental breakfast with incredible selection.

The room is elegant and ample sized, the staff are cordial people in their service and helpfulness. The hotel boasts central location right next to the biggest park of Madrid. Also, it is so close to Salamanca, the city centre, Plaza del Colon, Atocha station and great attractions.

Our room was bright with functional bathroom, it faced the park. So many space, a minibar, and a balcony were a bonus. Great and energetic employees in their service and helpfulness, everything was brand-new.

Had a really nice stay specially at winter time, everything was nice. The room was well-maintained and lovely romantic with with balcony overlooking the Gardens and storage space, had good night sleep. Having a toothpaste and a toothbrush was a bonus.

The rooms were spotless and complete with perfect isolation, good views plus bunk beds. Incredible location in general, very welcoming and incredible staff in their service and helpfulness.

Enjoyed staying at the king room with bunk beds, a lovely balcony and the bedroom. We had an exceptional breakfast with pastry, smoothie, cheeses, could find something for everyone.

The staff is cordial and kind. Make sure to get suite with a view to the atrium instead to the park, 2 french windows, for instance.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

The restaurant was excellant at a bar here, I had WARM dishes. It was in a Spanish building with absolutely fabulous view over the park. Central location was a plus.

Incredible and good location in a super nice area within short walking distance of a museum and a palace. Walking distance to a tube station, easy to get around. Airy spotless room with good views.

Our room was ample sized, elegant, with a lovely balcony, was breathtakingly beautiful, as example. The provided breakfast was exceptional and very good with green smoothies and so many healthy options, as example. The staff were cordial and energetic in case of questions. The location of the hotel was central, just off museums, restaurants, metro and the Salamanca district and Barrio Salamanca.

The rooms are huge with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The venue is placed in a central position right on the main old town square called locally Rossio after the nearby train station.

Elegant rooms with a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar and central heating, facilities worked well.

Awesome breakfast and FRIENDLY personnel. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. We really enjoyed to have evening drinks at Seis Peniques Pub, based nearby. Lovely place, you know.

Retiro district deserves your attention. Breakfast costs 15 eur per person per day. Bed was comfortable. We really loved it.
