New-fashioned and soundproof units with bedroom, black tissues and coffee, and the staff were amazingly nice. The breakfast was nice hot and offered a good choice of excellent food.

All good - we greatly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel - the food was great and the staff were excellent co-operating and incredibly friendly. Very central location was a plus. The venue was an ideal base for enjoying a very very nice area.

All in all magnificent setting just next door to La Castellana and Serrano, and the common areas and hallways. For tea or coffee visit Cookie Creations nearby.

Fine stay, we were there for 3 days. Enjoyed this stylish hotel because of amazing position along with superfriendly staff.

My double room was immaculately clean and compact with 2 single beds. All the staff was very, very nice, fixed my issues. The location was marvellous and amazing, within easy walking distance of The Cavern Club.

That was pleasant and wonderful hotel set in very quite area, close to the "Museum Quarter ", the fanciest shopping area and the wonderful sights.

Absolutely perfect location, it was close to all major sights, shopping street and the city centre.

The breakfast was cold, I think it could definitely be improved.

Good and excellent setting, adjacent to Salamanca, the best neighborhood in Madrid and nice restaurants. Warm breakfast selection for all tastes with espresso machine. Incredibly nice staff, easy check-in and good bar.

Fairly clean and the staff was really friendly. The setting of hotel was excellent and perfect, close to the nicest shopping area. In Pizza Marzano, located nearby I had Spanish meals. Had well laid out room with 2 single beds, and I couldn't ask for more. The staff greeted everyone and was willing to help. The breakfast was good hot and savoury for what was on offer, with espresso machine.

Had a NICE stay for one night, everything was great. The location was great and amazing, close to Fundacion la Caixa. It was about 25 km from the airport. The staff was willing to help at any hour and was very very nice from morning till night. The breakfast was savoury and well presented with espresso machine.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Madrid. Had a hot breakfast with espresso machine.

The location is magnificent close to the US Embassy. The units were well-organised and beautifully decorated with 2 single beds. Good service and the food is good.

The staff were cooperative and incredibly friendly, and we could use concierge service and wake up calls free of charge.

Came in Madrid to relax and have fun, this family-friendly hotel was incredible base for doing it. The most important was the staff - cooperative and thoughtful people. The restaurant was great for Evening Meal, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was very clean, the amenities included a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Everything was simply perfect.

The unit we got was spotless and soundproof with black tissues, bedroom, a kettle or hairdryer. The hotel was stylish and chic and in a very central location. You could walk to shops and boutiques. The staff was willing to help providing a good service. Got complimentary concierge service, that was nice of them.

The room was spotless, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The breakfast was warm and varied and there was lots of fab food. Staff were ready to help.

The views were pretty bad.

Loved the exceptionally comfortable bed in my double room. It included a safe, a mini-bar and central heating, and the design itself was nice. The location was unbeatable, for example, Do Design was not too far away from the hotel...

Well, it was a very special stay on a business trip. The staff were ready to help, they care about everyone. It had perfect and decent location near the Madrid chic shopping/restaurants/business district of Serrano/Castellana, and the airport.

Perfect location, the staff was helpful and the rooms were functional. Breakfast costs 16 EUR per person per day, worth paying for. Free WiFi worked.

The street was noisy.
