Comforts of beautifully maintained and well soundproofed guest room with big bed were fabulous. The hotel was in a very central location central to the main attractions.

Greatly enjoyed this hotel, had really nice experience. Accommodation was wonderful and clean, rooms were great-sized and well soundproofed.

We ate at a small restaurant at 4th floor. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus.

The venue is clean, the staff is affable and gentle. Plus, the location is amazing and incredible, minutes from The Cavern Club. There's a good bar at the hotel. Recommend to others.

Genuinely helpful and friendly bilingual staff, nice hot breakfast with a wide array of food. Perfect and incredible location in a very nice area, close enough to Madrid for a couple of days as well as the city center surrounded by many stors. Again, not far from Western Approaches Museum.

The hotel's location was central, to many good Tapas bars & Resturants. The staff were very amiable, the breakfast I had was more than adequate with many options.

Hot breakfasts with goodies and gluten free options, for instance, the staff were amazingly nice. I greatly enjoyed the room with good size bathroom, the bed was extremely comfy.

The hotel was ideal with great and lovely location in the midst of the shopping area. Everything was good, including good hot breakfasts with homemade treats and cheeses, for instance. We had a guest room, which was updated and neat.

Coffee, cereals, pastries, and eggs for breakfast were fresh. Our room was not only updated, but also neat with chocolates, an exact view and bath. The venue was in a very central location just next door to the stores, the mercado san miguel, and the historic center.

Its staff were especially helpful and friendly bilingual. This accommodation was in the central location close to metro. Went to Inclan Brutal Bar for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable - ease of access to an iconic street. The restaurant was SMALL as at 5th floor here, I had excellent dishes.

The location was very central, amazing near food market. Also, the venue was near a grand boulevard. Had facilities needed in my quadruple room, including a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating.

Hot breakfast and plenty of goodies. Early check-in, well soundproofed and reasonably large room with views round very central, nice terrace, for instance. Marvellous, stunning location in a mall.

The breakfast was warm, consisted of coffee, cereals, pastries, and eggs. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was spacious.

The setting was quite good within easy reach of a vast pedestrianized public square.

The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Plaza Castilla. The breakfast was nice hot with goodies, other healthy food plus cheeses, you will not be disappointed.

The accommodation had a very central location distant to almost all atractions. Visited Inclan Brutal Bar for a few drinks, it was not too far from the hotel, recommend.

Our room was updated and large, offered with champagne and the double bed. The breakfast was nice hot with different meats and orange juice, and the restaurant was modest. We were in a marvellous and lovely location relatively close to a grand boulevard. Appreciated this boutique hotel, would recommend.

My stay was fine for 3 nights in February. Coffee, cereal, pastries, and eggs were fresh and overall there was plenty of food. The location was marvellous and lovely for me, right in the centre of Madrid. Café Priorite Art Coffee Shop located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Located in the heart of the city. Also, in the center of the action right in front of an El Corte Ingles. Really nice building and rooms with 4 beds.

Good sized and well soundproofed rooms with 4 beds, food freshly made. A balcony and a safe box were convenient. Incredible very central location, so close to the official "centre of Spain, even the Opera and pedestrian walkway. For tea or coffee visit Market Cafe nearby.

Thank you very much guys for a really nice stay for 3 nights in February. The location is brilliant, within walking distance of Plaza de Armas. And the area is safe close enough to the center of Madrid, and Puerta del Sol: )

Booked a room with bath. The location was awesome, just a short walk away from a national museum.

Exceptional, fairly clean place and very nice area. Early check-in, late check-out, light room with chocolates, extra bed plus tea. Marvellous breakfast with many options and caring staff. Handy and awesome location to Plaza de Cibeles. Walking distance to supermarkets and department shops across the street.

You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

This hotel is great value. Food and location in the property were excellent. 5 mins walk to the center. Good choice of bars and cafes to eat close enough to the hotel.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy.

Plaza mayor was quite close and to Callao subway station you can get within 5 minutes walk. Beautiful building. Hotel location was walking distance to puerta del sol. I enjoyed the view from the room👍

Don’t have any issues at all.

It is short way from plaza mayor and plaza santa ana. The hotel staff was HELPFUL indeed.
