This hotel met needs well in every way, would be happy to recommend. Stayed in extremely spacious and silent room with a front balcony bathroom superb. The venue was in a very central location right by the Metro and the city attractions, and one of the main streets of Madrid.

Stayed here for 1 night and appreciated my choice. The breakfast was above average and sensational, with local products and the staff was very efficient. The rooms were all beautifully maintained and brand-new with bathroom and a terrace or a balcony plus balcony. The hotel was newly remodelled and well-equipped and in a central location.

The staff are very kind and nice and provide an exceptional service. A guest room with a great shower has basic facilities you need. The breakfast was above average and very good, we really enjoyed plenty of meals.

Our room was exceptionally clean and silent, provided with front balcony and good value of money plus enough space for 2 guests. There was modern interior. The best part were the very welcoming staff.

There was lobby to be needed.

Its location in a central strategic area of the city was unbeatable and excellent.

It has spotlessly clean and silent rooms with enough space for 2 guests, bathroom, for instance to feel comfortable. Stuff is absolutely kind and you can park your car nearby.

All in all everything was good, had a relaxing stay during vacation. The setting was magnificent, very close to bars, restaurants, theatres and shops, and almost all the attractions. Visited a famed street, one of the tourist spots, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

All members of the staff were genuinely helpful. Its service was very good.

Extremely spacious room plus a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. Comfortable bedroom provided, perfect experience, late check-out. Early check-in, parking nearby.

Appreciated the place, had a good stay on the business trip. The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating. The food was local - lots of options. Amazing and fantastic location, it was close to an underground station. You could walk to a market and shops.

Situated only 1 km from a famed street.

The property is chic and fairly clean, offers large breakfasts. The rooms are functional and new-fashioned with bathroom, a balcony plus a great shower. The decoration is nice. The location is very central, so close to the establishment at a fair price and shopping area. Also, Cava Baja is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The property was clean and ideal and the location was great. Location: the hotel was near to all the theaters, the touristic attractions, and Sol plaza, Mayor plaza and Royal palace. It also was in central Madrid. Food was good and local; the staff where courteous!

The place is quiet and wonderful and has marvellous location close to downtown. The staff is incredibly nice, accommodating. The restaurant serves warm Italian food.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning - not too far away from a vast pedestrianized public square. It was located in a central area near to Downtown, and around 5min walk from 3 major metro stops. The king room was functional with a front balcony bathroom superb, the bed was large.

The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to Fnac. It was fairly clean, I would definitely book here again.

Chic designer place, it has great and lovely location just off all metro lines, shopping area, metro and the plaza. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and really polite, giving their best to make the stay a PERFECT 10/10 experience.

Overall the place is fairly clean and quirky, it exceeded all expectations. I enjoyed welcoming personnel that ensures guests have a comfortable stay. It offers excellent service. The location is best possible and brilliant, not too far from Main Square. The restaurant attached makes hot food.

The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a State - owned museum. In overall the room was silent and with beautiful inside view, the bathroom plus a terrace or a balcony.

The breakfast was above average with local products, the best we had in Madrid. Have spent here 2 nights and our twin room was new-fashioned. Outstanding service, although a few employees were not always friendly. It was in a very central setting even to Atocha train station.

There was a very uncomfortable bed.

The location was particularly good, for example, an iconic street was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was large and there was lots of local food.
