The bedroom was soundproof and functional. The bathroom was luxury, with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Facilities were well-kept, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Gorgeous breakfast, nice views, stunning location adjacent to many attractions, a lot of restaurants and shops near by, Puerto Del Sol and the main shopping street of Gran Via and commercial area for shopping. Exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk, new-fashioned small double room.

We loved staying in this hotel! The total stay was very nice on this visit. The breakfast was rich and with many alternatives to choose from, the staff was amicable and accommodating. The bedroom was unique and soundproof. The location was central and walking distance to a main street and a cathedral.

Location - magnificent and unbeatable, close enough to a beautiful plaza in Madrid Centro, the transfer tothe airport and very easy to walk to many tourist areas such as museums. Besides, very convenient to a bucolic village. Tasty food for savoury and varied breakfast with many alternatives to choose from.

Breakfast was savoury, particularly good views, incredible location near Plaza Mayor and the interesting touristic activity around, the city centre, bar/cafe close by and restaurants. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and gates in the reasonably spacious. Thanks to a fantastic service I had a comfortable stay. Everything was perfect and met requirements.

Very impressed with small double room. Pleasant view over courtyard. Easy location for our visit to Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Set very close to Gran Via, the metro/train station and the food market, and attractions for restaurants in the crowded area...

Updated and cosy units with a chargeable mini bar, a free safe, as for instance, and the staff were pleasant. You could leave a car nearby. The service was terrific and the location was fab. Besides, the area was good, next to street of Montera.

the location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a prominent opera house. visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel was easy. we where offered rich breakfasts with many alternatives to choose from.
