The rooms were gorgeous and brilliant and complete with all the amenities in the bathroom, a balcony, as for instance. Great services were available. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from The Cavern Club.

The location was marvellous, to the main landmarks, convenient to go everywhere.

The room we had was well-appointed on the upper floors. The location was particularly good and amazing, just next door to local cafe for coffee first thing, arabic restaurant and the Grand Via and Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is brilliant, it has attentive staff and updated facilities.

Wonderful, fantastic location in Centro district short walk to almost all recommend tourist sites and Supermarkets.

It was trip and we would stay here again. The first 3 star hotel where everything was very good and fairly clean. Our room was airy and large on a lower level.

It offered very good service and fine food too. I thoroughly enjoyed the room on a lower level. The hotel's location was marvellous, close to bars, Cathedral and all tourist places.

The location is marvellous and good, restaurants and a casino were close to the hotel. You can relax at Mercado de la Reina, located nearby.

Had an excellant stay here. The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with inner courtyard views, everything was good. The hotel's location was marvellous and good near to arabic restaurant, within 200 metres of the subway.

Downtown area, very central location close to all the major tourist locations, the center of the city and Metro Stations, Supermarkets and all the shopping outlets. The location was magnificent for walking around a large urban plaza. During trip everything was very good and we would definitely come back here.

Its location an easy walk to Plaza del Carmen was perfect. The food was great and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. We didn't want to leave and will choose the place for future trips.

Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants around there, public transport and all the attractions. Ate at Rosi la Loca Taberna, it's just a short walk away from the venue. The breakfast selection was satisfactory with options for everyone and healthy food.

My 4 nights in Madrid were really comfortable. The location was marvellous, just off local cafe for coffee first thing, all tourist places, and the trucks, in a central area. Centro district was worth staying in.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Its location is marvellous not far from Madrid, museums, theatre, restaurants, shops, parks, and the centre of Madrid. For lunch or dinner go to El Jardin de Diana, located really close to the hotel...

simple, trendy boutique property. an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels available in the small double room. comfy pillows and bed.

The location is very central. The staff is ACCOMMODATING and the breakfast is good. A double room on the upper floors has basic facilities you need.

Tbh, had a fairly nice stay for the second visit. Came in Madrid to relax and have fun, this affordable hotel was best base for doing it. Liked the exceptionally comfortable bed in my quadruple room. Good restaurant provided Arabic dishes.

Fairly clean place, staff was welcoming and polite. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bathtub.

The breakfast should have been included.
