Early check-in, excellent and perfect location not far from many restaurants/cafe nearby, transport and shops. Comfortable modern and updated unit with a juliet balcony as well as long beds.

Thank you very much for a fairly nice stay for one night. It's updated and tidy with clean bathrooms. We usually stay at this nice basic hotel and would go back in flash.

The total stay was really great for one night. The bedroom was spotless and fantastic. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was fresh.

I booked a guest room with a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. The location couldn't be more excellent and good in a restaurant or everyday stuff.

The units were quiet with a balcony. Special atmosphere, even so some people working here are arrogant. This hotel has marvellous and unbeatable location in central Madrid.

Make sure to get quintuple room with French windows, long beds plus a juliet balcony. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, we really enjoyed them.

The hotel was located in the centre of Madrid. And the area was crowded, very close to city center and transport and a bunker.

The morning meal was rich and delicious with pastries and cheese, for example.

Some people working there were very aggressive.

The venue was in a central location very close to shops, restaurants and sights, central area of Madrid, and the Puerta del Sol square.

The staff were very aggressive, didn't expect that coming.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was rich and delicious. The setting was quite super within easy reach of a famed street. There were a bakery and all the major shops around the hotel.

It made my trip to Madrid a really enjoyable experience. The breakfast was rich and the place was spotlessly clean. Its location at a short distance from a huge plaza was excellent. The restaurant was particularly good and offered delicious dishes.

The venue was little, I appreciated the stay and the location was stunning very close to a great shopping district, Chueca and a restaurant. Had a comfortable experience staying at the guest room.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my family members, had an enjoyable stay. The location was fab, within walking distance of a history museum.

Set really close to main shops, and metro, shops, bars & restaurants in the quiet area.

The location was incredible and brilliant, relatively close to a large urban plaza. Visiting restaurants and bars next to the hotel was easy.

Well, the area was really noisy overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms, the hotel has everything you need for trip. It's ideally located in the heart of the city. Nearby El Tigre - great place to chill out.

We enjoyed our time here. We had a street view from our room. The hotel is in a busy area and within short walking distance to everything.

It was in a central setting. The hotel building is nice...
