They gave us a well decorated room with a private safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar. The location was lovely and incredible between two metro stops.

The place is modern and absolutely fabulous and has magnificent location right in city center. There is lots of fresh food for breakfast. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and romantic with wifi and the staff is very helpful.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and excellent and incredible location near to main attractions and restaurants. Again, not far from Apollo Victoria Theatre. Nicely decorated rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Clean bathroom, and a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

Extra care from the excellent staff. The rooms romantic and new-fashioned with excellent soundproofing, the cleaning supplies, as example. Breakfast with healthy food options.

Clean and absolutely fabulous place, very helpful staff. Brand-new and fully-equipped room, comfy bed and pillows. A bathtub in the bathroom. Private parking on-site provided. Not to mention excellent wifi! Magnificent location really close to metro and shopping area and the metro, city tour bus and restaurants.

They provided a sensational breakfast with views of the heart of Madrid and healthy food options, for instance. Magnificent and unbeatable location close to everything in the Old Town was a plus. It was also just next door to metro and shopping area, other area attractions, and the Puerta del Sol, the Retiro and the Plaza Mayor.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast was sensational and satisfactory with healthy food options and a nice view, for example and the restaurant food was fresh. Well decorated room with wifi, I had a really nice stay. The location was lovely and incredible - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. I checked out a prominent opera house, that was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The room was silent & new-fashioned together with excellent soundproofing as well as fantastic view.

The place was fairly clean with a modern design and outstandingly accommodating staff. As for me, rooms were nicely decorated and lovely romantic with wifi, they offered wake-up service. I didn't want to say goodbye, so totally recommend this hotel.

Thank you for a really good stay. The staff are all efficient and excellent. The venue has excellent and unbeatable setting in Centro district adjacent to Gran Via, the Prado and Thyssen museums and local restaurants. They serve tasty food, have a great selection of options to choose from.

The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Paseo del Prado. Moreover, it's just off major museums as well as Madrid, Jorje.

the location was best possible, within walking distance of an urban park. besides, it was very close to shopping area, the retiro and the restaurant.

location right next to city center was excellent. we had breakfast, it was lovely and fantastic. the whole experience was enjoyable, nothing too much trouble, would recommend.
