Property was absolutely fabulous, with welcoming staff and excellent location in the centre of Madrid. The stay was absolutely perfect:)))

Expected that there would be lift, but we didn't find it.

We booked lovely and cosy room with three twin beds, a view over the roofs of Madrid, as for instance. The staff was extremely friendly, helped a lot.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

This fabulous hotel can be booked for a short stay. The units are modest, lovely with shower, sound proof windows and a bathroom. The staff are very very helpful and affable and ready to help if you need anything. The location is incredible and stunning, 10 minutes' walk to a sprawling museum...

As we remember, there was no lift.
