very friendly staff and neat rooms with a private bathroom, a microwave, as example. plenty of goodies for breakfast.

All in all, it was nice place for travelling to Madrid. The staff was amicable, helped a lot. Location: the hotel was next to Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and other great locations and the metro and touristic points. It also was in the center of Madrid.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

The rooms are amazingly comfortable with 2 single beds and private bathroom and the staff are nice. The venue has unbeatable location very close to the city center.

As we remember, there was no reception.

We appreciated it, its location and facilities. Fortunately, free WiFi was available. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like la caleta luna that was only 5 minutes' walk away: )

There was Santo Domingo subway station a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, that's great.
