Overall had perfectly pleasant stay especially during winter time. Liked how the nicely furnished and air conditioned room with a nice bathroom was arranged when we arrived. The hotel was set in a central area not far from central Madrid and the main attractions.

Appreciated our king room with comfortable beds, TV, for example. The location was marvellous for traveling around Madrid, close to most attractive museums, Plaza Mayor, and a large park with many people walking.

The rooms were warm enough and the bathroom was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The location was great and incredible, within walking distance of Prado National Museum. Moreover, it's near the 3 big museums-Prado, the main points of interest in the center and to the Parque de el Retiro and fabulous bars.

make sure you stay in the queen room with a nice bathroom. welcoming and informative staff as one would expect. our hotel is set in a very central location adjacent to the main points of interest in the center and to the parque de el retiro, train station and sightsee, bars, restaurants and supermarket. centro district is worth seeing.

Straightforward hotel in Madrid. Recently renovated, new-fashioned unit with a nice bathroom, and pleasant staff. Very central location, relaxing base for discovering Madrid. Nearby Dis Tinto - great place to chill out. Great restaurant and fab meal. Excellent stay, as always.

The food was great and served in the restaurant. The twin room we stayed in were new-fashioned with a nice bathroom. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.
It had a bit hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.
