The rooms were soundproof with air conditioning, the staff were superbly friendly and accommodating. Close to a theatre and a gallery, overall the location was magnificent and particularly good.

Had double room with air conditioning, a single bed and private bathroom. Paid £ 39. Perfect, exceptionally nice location in Centro district so close to CLose to theater, Sol station and the Puerta del Sol or The Prado Gallery in less than 10 minutes.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great experience there. Reasonably clean venue and incredibly kind employees. Exceptionally clean room with air conditioning as expected. Great location so close to The Prado Gallery in less than 10 minutes, many shops like zara mango primark h & m c & s and many others and all bars. Also, on to reception area.

The location was magnificent for traveling around Madrid, close to the center of the city, and all main attractions.

The location was the best, relatively near an official residence. The area was safe right by the Puerta del Sol or The Prado Gallery in less than 10 minutes as well as the most attractions: museums, plaza Mayor and Sol.

Impeccably clean and soundproof units for a single bed, enjoyed it. Flat-screen television, a study table, and a radio turned out to be good.

The rooms were fairly quiet and amazingly comfortable with air conditioning, private bathroom, as example.

The location was marvellous, not too far from Prado National Museum.

The location was great, the public spaces were exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly kind. Location: the hotel was near theater, museums, Puerta del Sol, restaurants, shops, metro and, and beautiful Madrid. We found nice Casa Mira nearby with hot beverages.

Spotlessly clean and soundproof units with private bathroom, and the staff were fabulously friendly. The price was £ 41.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Everyone from the staff was absolutely kind and exceptionally nice. I had a twin room and it was perfectly comfortable with private bathroom. Central heating, a work desk, and TV were provided.

Thank you for a such wonderful stay. It is a cheerful property located in Centro district very close to public transport, and centre. The hotel has supper friendly and accommodating staff. The units were big for a single bed. There is a multi-channel television, a study table and a radio - that's always a plus. The place has excellent and good location in central Madrid...

this hotel is equal to 2 stars. booked an economy single room with central heating and tv. btw, their receptionist is top!

Brilliant place for a 5-night stay. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. At walking distance from Sevilla subway station. The single room had everything you need, a heating system and TV set.
