All in all, it was enjoyable base for travelling to Madrid. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher in the suite was nice. The staff was very amiable and pleasant, they give us all the help.

The staff was pleasant and friendly at all times. Location: the hotel was just next door to highway access, train/underground/bus stations, and restaurants, shops, underground and highway access.
