Hotel Opera

The location was magnificent, walking distance to a garden and a park. Set short distance from a tube station, it was a plus. Economy room with balcony and jacuzzi, had essentials required.

I truly enjoyed the location that was very central and short walk to the Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, Calle Mayor, Plaza del Sol, Opera, fun outdoor cafes, an incredible park, and Metro and sightseeing.

Excellent and incredible location within walking distance of Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The place was well priced, with its efficient staff on replenishing supplies. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect; walking distance to a cathedral and a palace.

The staff was outstandingly helpful, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. The bedroom was air-conditioned and brand-new.

Marvellous location excelente in Madrid´s center made it easy to get to key attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed the room and its European decor. The staff was ready to assist, courteous and fast people. The experience was excellent, would come here again.

The staff were delightfully helpful and the facilities provided were VERY NICE. The location was exceptionally nice, walk from an underground station, so it was really easy to travel around.

I ate at a pretty good restaurant at a moderate price. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were efficient and flexible people on the reception desk. Sometimes I visited Mashita in the area.

Thank you very much guys for a very lovely stay for the Easter Weekend. It's recently refurbished with decent size bathrooms. The location is fantastic and wonderful and the staff are smart. The tapas restaurant in the hotel is pretty good, has special dishes.

Every time in Madrid we stay in this hotel. It's a lovely welcoming property in Madrid, great value. The breakfast is savoury and free for vegetarians and the location is magnificent. Make sure you stay in the economy room with spa bath, balcony, as for instance.

Brand-new unit with a standard decor, caring staff on the reception desk. Magnificent and perfect location to an official residence. Walk from a palace and a Royal palace in the very nice area.

The rooms are silent and trendy, and are complete with a terrace, jacuzzy, ironing board. The staff is courteous at all the levels. Would come here again as our stay was excellent.

We were given a newly remodelled room with a storage and nice wooden floor. The location was incredible to playa de espana metro stop, within walking distance of a public square.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a very nice stay especially at the weekend. The location in a central area was marvellous and there were the Christmas market and a little market nearby. I was surprised at nearby Avenida Paulista Cafe Bar, they had some goodies, drinks.

Besides, the location was excellent and perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a huge plaza. The hotel was in a safe area, adjacent to buses are coming and going all day long and until late at night, the most popular areas of the city and the Opera, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and churches or museums.

Incredible location, smart staff, wonderful views over the park. Contemporary room with a standard decor and a decent sized bathroom. Large beds and very nice facilities. Location near to Gran Via and all the big shops, and across the road from the opera.

It has magnificent, incredible setting, not far from Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Sol, most major sites: Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, Gran Via, lots of shopping and restaurants, and spain at many different hotels like Grand Melia.

The location was very central, short walk to Royal Palace, the Opera Metro station and Madrid, and there were a gallery and a palace close to the venue. Centro district was worth visiting.

The economy room was tasteful with bathrobe en a great kingsize bed, the bed was good. It was so sweet to get concierge service free of charge too. Apart from that, a reconstructed ancient Egyptian temple was 5 minutes' drive away;))

In overall, the place is first-rate, has hard-working staff on the reception desk. The units are fancy, silent with an extra bed to sleep 4.
