This top quality hotel was impeccably clean. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating. The room was nicely furnished with a balcony and my experience was really nice. A laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating worked well. The location was unbeatable and magnificent for me. This venue was set in a very open area.

Perfect location, 4 km from city centre. Quite convenient, minutes away from a subway station.

The room was reasonably sized and it faced street. The bed was extremely comfy and so were the pillows.

This hotel was set in a central area close enough to Madrid for the Mad cool festival and Airport tube line and central line. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby La Celadilla.

Unbeatable, ideal location close to Santiago Bernabéu stadium. Also - just next door to 4 metro stations, oneofwhich serves the airport directly, metro and shops/ eateries, and madrid, very close to Chamberí neighbourhood and close to many restaurants and bars. Nicely decorated and brand-new room, a bath and a shower in the room. Very big bed, attentive team with the male staff members.

The venue was in a very central location short walk to the many bars, very convenient taxi stop and good restaurants and many interesting places for locals. Visited Restaurante Bar Rodrigo for a few drinks, it was at a walking distance from the hotel, recommend.

The staff was accommodating and the room was modern, functional. I liked the stay from check-in to downstairs bar with good drinks.

Its location was particularly good, just off Santiago Bernabéu and several areas. There was Bar Campanoli, located nearby, where we relaxed. It was soundproof in the picture on internet, good enough for shopping.

So glad we chose it, spent 2 beautiful days here. The private parking was outside, exceptional service. We got extra bed. The location of the hotel was particularly good, to the Quatro Caminos Metro train stop. It was also near to Right next to the center, and Torre Picasso, which is handy for business travelers.

Was an excellent base for trip. Overall it was reasonably sized with the twin bed. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was fantastic.

The hotel was boutique, spent my time lovely here. The rooms were silent with terrace. The hotel was in a central location in the center. Besides, it was near Madrid, and Santiago Bernabéu.

I was given soundproof and tastefully decorated room with good extras, balcony, as example. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Palacio de Congresos.

There were stylish, good sized rooms with usb ports in the walls. We greatly enjoyed wake-up service available. Efficient staff with the male staff members and the location was perfect and nice by pub area. Tetuan district was worth exploring.

Loved Madrid, the hotel was nicely decorated and pretty standard by metro to city centre. The venue was set in the central position near subway as well as Torre Picasso.

The breakfast we ordered was poor, it could be far better.

As we remember, there was no swimming pool.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for one night. There were a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating in the room, loved that. The staff were polite and kept the place fairly clean. Alvarado tube station was 5 min away.
