Ideal, fairly clean place with supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff v helpful at reception desk.

Appreciated our time here. Overall it was great-sized and nice styled, with a family bathroom. The location was very convenience - walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The apartment in a scandi style had basic facilities you need. It was tidy and had a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. The hotel was located in a perfect and convenient place, steps away from a tube station.

Really enjoyed staying at the fairly quiet standard apartment with balcony. A private safe, air conditioning, and a sofa bed available were an advantage. Stunning very central location just off the key attractions, and the most important monuments and sightseeing. There was Brewdog, located nearby, where we relaxed.

We didn't like the bed, it was pretty small.

Overall had very good stay on our last night of the stay. The location was quiet, close to bars, it's a plus.

Booked a standard apartment with balcony. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The setting was awesome, close to city center close to 2 metro stations, many good shopping spots and restaurants and two major metro stations.

There were a fridge, a stovetop, and kitchenware in the absolutely stunning and quiet room. Got the view of city. The location was marvellous there, close to the Metro.

Breakfast with quick meals. Location: great and stunning, next to Close to everytihing like metro as well as the Madrid center. Also, in side street very near Gran Via metro station.

Welcome base for 2 nights with welcoming and polite staff at reception desk. All in all great location, close enough to all the major attractions, and Puerta del Sol. Plenty of food options just a short stroll away from the venue. Friendly check in and easy check out. Everything great.

I got complimentary apartment with modern appliances as an upgrade, nice gesture. As for me, the location was marvellous, just off sightseeing, a metro station, and Plaza del Sol and Prado. I found El Tigre offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Well-equipped and well-designed room with all the comforts in a great location, hair dryer etc, washing machine as advertised. Perfect and convenient location to Preciados Street.

The location of the hotel was brilliant - within walking distance of Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. We lived in the superior apartment with a Scandi style and clothes washer plus iron😃

The location was incredible, at a walking distance from Caixaforum Madrid. The room I booked was stunning and provided with all the comforts in a great location, balcony plus ironing board.
